스탠다드룸을 예약했는데 비수기여서 그런지 디럭스룸으로 업그레이드 받았습니다. 로비직원들도 정말친절하고 생긴지 얼마안돼서 그런지 룸컨디션도 최고였어요!! 다음에 오면 돈을 더 주고 위층에 있는 독채로 예약할 것 같습니다. 조식먹을 때 보니 한국인 숙박객분들도 많은 것 같은데 룸 컨디션을 중요시하면 최고의 선택일 것 같네요

Booked because they had suites with two separate rooms. Good decision because the room was clean, large and very comfortable. The views were awesome and the service and staff were friendly and welcoming. What an awesome bath. 100% recommend if visiting Sapa.

Booked this hotel based on its positive reviews and we were not at all disappointed. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, awesome location and very attentive and friendly staff. Probably our most favourite stay of our holiday thus far. Highly recommended!

Location is truly amazing just a short walk uphill from the centre of town - Sapa is not what we expected at all and a very busy and glitzy place so this cabin style of hotel was a welcome break. We chose a one bedroom villa with the bedroom upstairs - a lovely looking room style but hotel has some issues. It was very cold while we were here and we simply couldn’t get the AC unit to get us warm - no central heating downstairs and no underfloor heating in the bathroom so just generally too cold all the time. Curtains don’t shut and managements answer was to provide a bulldog clip to hold them closed. Safe didn’t work and check in person didn’t tell us that it worked with a key when instructions on top tell you how to close it electronically - annoying Mattress was hard and ungiving and there was loud running water just behind our heads in bed - phoned down once and it stopped so wonder if it’s a header tank or something. Bring earplugs as you’re in the middle of a busing place. Breakfast is truly awesome and worth staying there for alone - great selection. Last but most important one is the stairs in the room - far too steep and without any non slip coating so expect a spill or two if descending in socks - be careful these should have non slip coatings but don’t. Liked · Everything. Much of the town accom is aware of the night train arrivals into Sapa, and as such can offer early check in etc. The wonderful folks at Pine Hill gave us free brekky, a place for a pre check-in shower and bag storage. Loved our rooms, great bathroom and awesome tub. Helped with cars, treks and cabs. On leaving for the train station they even supplied farewell sandwiches for our travel. Disliked · Zero.

The room is nice, the staff is super friendly and thoughtful. My family took the train to go to Sapa and came back so the time is a bit tricky. The staff was so thoughtful, she offered us a place to take a quick shower and prepared a light sandwich for us to eat while waiting for the train, even if we checked out already. Definitely recommend this place if you visit Sapa!
