Easy to find and friendly staff. Breakfast okay considering it was chaotic with so many families with young kids(hockey turnement maybe?)

Hot tub suite was fantastic. Lots of parking. Lots of heat and instant hot water. Breakfast was better than any other place I've stayed at. Totally enjoyed by me and my wife. Would definitely book this room again

Room was nice amd front desk staff were friendly but breakfast was a horrible experience. A tour group was there right when it opened and it took 30 min to get food and by that time, most of the food selections were empty. Very disappointing.

Good location for a quick stop along the way to Montreal. Bridge traffic wasn't too noisy, thankfully.
THE OUTSIDE LIGHTS KEEP US AWAKE - AND WE DON'T WANT TO CLOSE OUT THE MORNING LIGHT!! Perhaps more muted or shaded options could be consider, or drapes that open from each side to block these spotlights.

It is a little out of the way if you are interested in exploring the downtown shops and restaurants but a considerable difference in price to the downtown accommodations. Well worth the stay.
The complimentary breakfast is fantastic.

A nice room and beds are comfortable. The air freshener in the room however was overbearing. We had to open windows and were not sure for sometime if we were going to be able to stay in the room. The pictures of the room were different from what we had. All in all, it was okay .

Convenient location with a good breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, potatoes…) that we have not seen since COVID, so it was nice to have that back. I was able to charge my EV free of charge which is another plus :):)
I wanted a room with a king bed and was given a “basement-like” room with a whirlpool tub which I did not want or ask for and the hotel takes a $200 deposit for the tub… in hindsight I should have asked for another room at either ground level or 2nd floor and no tub… Staff were great!

We had a 2 Queen Suite that I shared with my 2 sisters. Each bed has a separate "room" with doors that can be closed for privacy and the bathroom in between with entrances and doors from each room. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the room, but there was no sugar and creamer and only enough coffee pods for 1 day. It was not clear at the outset, that the cleaning service only cleans every 3 days or at checkout. We had to get extra towels and more coffee, sugar and reamer ourselves.
The breakfast is good, but there were children sport teams staying, so very difficult to get a quick breakfast. Another family group was in the older building and they didn't like their room so changed to the newer renovated building the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
