I am enjoyed with the location of the hotel a lot.

The rooms are very clean, the air conditioner is cool, the breakfast is delicious.

This is a newly built chain city hotel. The building is clean, the room size is larger than expected, and the bed and bathroom conditions are clean. The breakfast also exceeded expectations, so I was very satisfied with the price. The quality of the restaurants in the complex is good and the price range of the massage shop is also satisfactory. I highly recommend it for the price.

Not great. Just stay in a transit city on the island. There is no service environment to speak of. But it is considered relatively good in this small city. The boat noodles near the hotel are super delicious, 100 times better than the Michelin-queued restaurants in Bangkok.

The City Trat Hotel is very nice and I really don’t know why they have only 2.5 stars 🤔 They have a nice swimming pool and a small gym. The breakfast was also good. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The Hapa restaurant is located 100 meter far away and offering delicious food which can be delivered to the hotel as well. We can also recommend the Wara massage near the hotel!! City Trat Hotel excellent value for money

Arrived late from the airport and left early the day after. Overall a good stay for us. Slept well, pretty OK breakfast and a great location for us.

This hotel is, as its name suggests, located in the heart of Trat city. Our room was clean and everything looked new. Breakfast was also good. There were a lot of informations about attractions and many community-based tourism (which is very interesting) in Trat province. If you are interested in CBT, you can ask hotel staffs at the lobby for further detail. Overall, we had a good experience here. Recommend!

Great stay in the heart of Trat city. My room was very well kept and the bed was comfy, although a bit too narrow. The Wifi was indeed excellent and the in-room facility had nothing to complaint on. The best feature of this hotel was without doubt, the excellent breakfast offered every morning. The choice was more than I expected and it was all you can eat style. Recommended!

Very nice place to stay, only one foreign channel on the TV but no problem really. Breakfast was great if you stay here and can't see it just ask and they will make it for you. Would definitely stay here again as I say nothing to complain about at all. Lovely staff, clean and all good

Check in with passport, vaccine certificate and payment. Reception staff helpful. They were able to book my boat ticket to Koh Kood and taxi to the pier. Everything was clean and well maintained. Comfortable looking room, everything worked just fine. The breakfast buffet was adequate. One can only laugh at how paranoid the government has made the people over wearing the mask while the rest of the world gets on with life. Unfortunately, I did not have a good night'ssleep, no thanks to many Thai guests slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway from well before my wake up time. I was even woken up for a third time by three Thai women knocking on my door. They had the wrong room but no courtesy of an apology forthcoming for disturbing my sleep. Just be aware that Trat city is really spread out in area. Google Maps seems to show no matter where you are you need your own transport or rely on taxis.

Swimming pool in a different building. Morning bit ok. The sewage smell comes from the street/pipes. Limited opportunities in the center of Chanta. Other apps, e.g. Travelloka, offer more/better options.

The receptionist is very friendly. Especially Mr. F. Looks good and gives very good information. The rooms are clean, relaxing, comfortable, the swimming pool and fitness center next to us are considered very good. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety to choose from. .......... Anyway, come back. Definitely will stay again.
