The staffs are all decent and freindly despite they cannot speak english very well. My room is a little bit disappointed. I booked a single room with some request for the view, however, I got the room on the fifth floor with a blind window. In addition, my room have a pillar block space on the corner. This make the room even smaller than I thought. Overall, I do not recommend a single room on the fifth floor.

I stayed for the first time in 2 years. I canceled the final flight from Itami, and I stayed at the decision because there was an artificial hot spring near the airport. It is close to the straight distance, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk because it is not a detour route. The trouble is the case of flight cancellation by storm. It will be wet in 10 minutes. At that time, this hotel is happy to have a pick-up car from 1 people. Also, I stayed in the superior room on the upper floor for the first time, but it was usually a business hotel. I was impressed because the standard room was like a training room with a two-stage bed. I feel like it is a designated accommodation for ANA, so maybe the employee is standard. The receptionist before the stay was also overflowing with CA, but the general one was receptionist at another counter.

I was transferred to Osaka and stayed here to view a property. It was close to Esaka Station and the real estate agency I was going to the next day, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and the view from the window was great! I'd like to use it again on the day I move😊

Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

The single room with double bed is 5000 yen (^-^). Next to the convenience store is 3 minutes walk from the station. The check-in payment is self and the card payment sign is OK. Because it was crowded The front desk was rough. The tone of the room is male? Or the wall and the light shielding curtain are thick. It is good that the room light can be brightly adjusted. 改装されたそうで、フロントもロビーも、部屋もキレイです。 ＪＲ新今宮駅を出てすぐだし、ほんとに泊まるだけなら安いです。 ただ、理解しておかなければならないのは、トイレ、お風呂は部屋にはありません。トイレは階に１か所の共同トイレ（男女別）です。お風呂は大浴場か、シャワールームの利用になります。私が利用した部屋は３畳の畳部屋。布団が一式。 土曜日でもう開いているところがなくて利用しましたが、泊まるところがなければ利用も全然ＯＫだと思います。とにかく料金が安いので、その辺は了解できます。土曜日でも３８００円でしたから。 プライベートはしっかり守られますので、カプセルホテルより断然いいです。バックパッカーとかにはおすすめです。 なので、若い学生さんや、工事関係の連泊、外国人さんなどが多いようです。 ただ、よくわかりませんが、ロビーやシャワールームって、宿泊者以外の人も利用している感じがするのは私だけなのかな？

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return.
