Usual Toyoko inn service, location was very convenient.

The breakfast was very rich, delicious and fresh! A takeaway box was also prepared. The airport drop-off was also satisfactory! The car can take 11 guests and deliver to Osaka Airport in 10 minutes.

It's nice. It feels like the ultimate business hotel. The bed is hard and hurts my body. It's just normal and I think it's just right for a night's stay.

This was my first time staying at this hotel near Osaka Itami Airport. It's a bit far from the airport, about a 15-minute walk, and I was tired at night, so I took a taxi, but they said they had a shuttle bus! I felt a bit cheated, but next time I'll use the shuttle bus, and the transportation is convenient, so I think this will be my choice of accommodation for business trips in the future (^^)

The single room is spacious and well-equipped. You can pick up washing utensils (toothbrush, razor, etc.) in the lobby. The staff is very considerate, there is free airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the included breakfast is not bad (for the price). It's pretty good.

The soundproofing was poor and we could hear coughs and sneezes in the hallway. The shuttle bus was convenient, but the breakfast was just okay. I think this is a good hotel if you just want to stay the night before your flight.

The location was great, close to Itami Airport. Breakfast was extremely crowded at 6am, and we had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. If they could make some improvements, it would be even better.

I stayed here to meet friends near Hotarugaike Station. The shuttle to the station and Itami Airport is convenient as it runs regularly at various times. The check-in was quick and polite. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is just opposite the airport, with a good location. I also happened to meet a Japanese airline stewardess staying there. It seems that the hotel chosen by the stewardess must be good. The hotel is not far from the subway, and there is a 7-11 supermarket nearby. The room is not big, but it is enough. Most hotels in Japan are of this size. It is mainly comfortable and clean. It was close to Itami Airport, within walking distance, but it was very helpful that there were 3-4 free shuttle buses per hour between the airport and Hotarugaike Station. Also, the breakfast was buffet style and we could eat as much as we wanted, so we were very satisfied.

The price was very reasonable considering it was within walking distance of the airport. The cleanliness, service and amenities were also excellent.
