The hot spring is very clean, and everything else except the bathhouse area is kept very dry.

The bath was bigger than I thought, and it was in a rental condition in the morning and night. The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well. We immediately had the feeling that not many english speeking foreigner come here, but this could just be us. - location: the hotel is close to tottori station which is very good for travellers to take a bus or train to get around. - Room: the room was very spacious. Ours was a mix of old western hotels and with some Japanese elements. It looked a bit dated, but they normally do have more updated rooms if necessary. - Service: the staff was very friendly and they did their best to speak English. - Breakfast: breakfast was more basic then i expected, but still good. I actually want to recommend the vending machines at the entrance of the spa. They have a lot of options in the machines, which we didn't have in other hotels. TIP: try the ice cream and milk in their vending machines (milk from the area) if its still available. There is also a small shop with local products. Overall good hotel that offers comfortable spacious rooms for a good price.
