酒店的位置不錯，停車非常方便，出門去哪兒都不遠，開車幾分鐘就到了。酒店看着很氣派，辦理入住退房都很迅速，按金到賬也快。以後可以推薦給朋友。

這是一整個旅行訂的最貴的房，卻是環境最差的一次，實在無語！牆上是發黴修補的，牆紙還起皮，地毯是臟的斑斑點點，一進去還有一股陳舊的味道，過一會感覺就全是*腳丫子的味兒。各位自己看圖吧。。。。

一次非常愉快的旅程！前台小姐姐特別熱情，還給房間免費升級，環境好，客房服務也好。下午和朋友在茶吧裏聊會天吃了點心，還挺愜意的。周邊交通也挺方便的，離幾個景點都挺近的。總之這次旅行非常開心

到銅陵出差，看到該酒店位於天井湖公園旁邊，想着晚上散步比較方便就定了這個酒店。酒店大廳的香氛味道不錯，有特色的就是有個書吧可以免費看出，還提供免費的各種花茶喝小點心。前台辦入住的小姐姐服務態度也很好，看我拿的行李比較多，還給我送到房間門口。房間也很不錯
設施：有書吧，免費茶飲，休閑區
衞生：可能時間久了，牆紙存在一點破損，但是有修補，説明酒店還是在維護的
環境：旁邊就是天井湖公園，酒店門口就有綠植和杜鵑花
服務：前台服務不錯，客房送東西也很及時

很滿意，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。服務人員個個都彬彬有禮。衞生間浴室和廁所分開，也都寬敞。洗澡熱水很大，舒服。周邊多個公交站，交通便利。

1 房間面積很大，小童遊玩設施比較齊全，裏面有小童喜歡的滑滑梯，帳篷，跳格子的墊子，小孩非常喜歡。美中不足的有房間窗户有點小，顯得房間有些陰暗，入住時房間空調沒法開暖風。希望後面改進吧。
