Diannan Hotel

I booked a view room. The room was large, the facilities were relatively new, the room was clean and bright, and there was no smell. The towels are clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Because I saw some comments from guests about the noise and was worried about the noisy KTV on the second floor, the front desk arranged a room on the 9th floor, which was relatively quiet. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious. Parking underground in the hotel is more convenient.

The location of the hotel is good, but the hygiene is average. There should be bugs and the like. Although I can't see it, my body was itchy after sleeping all night, and there were small red bumps the next day. What I must say is that the breakfast was terrible, very basic, and I had two children (aged 3 and 5 years old). The front desk said that there was no need to add a breakfast fee. However, when I went to the restaurant, they all asked for a child ticket. Said that catering and front desk are not together. I don’t understand! I won’t stay here next time

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is extremely unsafe! I regret not reading the reviews carefully before coming here. The elevator of this hotel leads to the outside, and the hotel can be entered from the outside. Unlike normal hotels, which can only be entered from the lobby. KTV on the second floor, foot massage on the fourth floor, and guest rooms above. People outside can enter the guest room corridor without going through the lobby. I slept until about 11 o'clock when someone knocked on the door violently, twice. It was very scary. It is recommended that single women never come to stay. It's so unsafe. In addition, the breakfast was very poor. There wasn't much in the first place. It was only nine o'clock and they didn't even have soy milk and they didn't add it. Everyone eating breakfast next to me basically complained about how bad it was. Don't come, be careful if someone comes in in the middle of the night.

挺好的酒店，離濕地公園差不多幾公里，古城的話步行就幾分鐘，落地窗很棒，可以看到落日的，住了兩天，出門的時候三個小姑涼就問我需不需要打掃衞生，挺好的！

地理位置優越，窗户大，看得遠，視野開闊。在房間裏面就能看到美麗的秀山，風景極好，視野非常開闊，心情也不錯

房間較大，整潔乾淨，無異味。床足夠大，睡着很舒適。隔音效果稍差，KTV聲音大，可以停早一點，早餐服務要改進，品種少，早早就各種沒有了，即使有服務員也不拿出來。

此次入住體驗非常差！也很無奈… 一般很少評價，哪怕是入住過程中有這樣那樣的小問題也都不太願意去計較，畢竟大家都不容易，特別是服務行業更是如此！但這次入住卻給了我一個非常不一樣的體驗…這次入住是6號7號兩天，本來一切都還好，但在7號下午五點半左右，我躺床上休息，迷迷糊糊間我的房間門被從外面打開了，注意是毫無徵兆用房卡打開的…然後就聽到一個男聲“哦”了一聲退了出去…意不意外 驚不驚喜！隨後我就立馬到前台説明情況，而聽了前台給我的反饋我真的無語至極！大概意思就是有客人説他（她）住在1109（居然和我一個房間，好笑吧）是來不及回來還是什麼原因要酒店去房間幫把行李拿下來，然後不知道酒店方是如何操作的，就讓保安拿着房卡去開門了…就這我衹説幾個點！第一，有客人説住在某間房，前台人員不做任何核實就確認了嗎？第二，前台人員應該是明確掌握當天的房態的，也就是客房入住情況的，明知道1109號房是入住房而非退房或空房的情況依然讓保安拿着房卡去開門？第三，事情過去大概一個小時後，有前台人員打電話到房間跟我説，為表歉意可以給我換一間房或是房費減免，我就説如何善後是酒店方的事，我都可以接受，然後就沒有然後了！説實話，之前對本酒店影響一直挺好的，到通海出差也都是入住本酒店，但這次的事確實讓我心有餘悸…給出這樣的評價實屬無奈但絕對實事求是！

房間可以，位置也很好，離古城步行街很近，洗澡水很大，但是房間隔音不是太好，樓上夫妻恩愛的聲音都聽得到。

酒店位置很好，停車和出行都很方便。房間整潔乾淨、舒適。前台接待熱情、周到，非常貼心，值得推薦。
