The external environment of this hotel is not to say, and the hardware of the hotel is reasonable, but the hygiene and service are almost... I went into the first room and wanted to use the bathroom, but I found that there was a yellow liquid in front of the toilet, which was suddenly not good... Contact customer service to change the room. The cup with water was oily, and the towels were piled up like they were just taken out of the washing machine. I didn’t even use to wipe my feet. Breakfast was said to be until nine o’clock, and I was eight o’clock. Halfway down, I found that a lot of food was gone. The waiters looked like they were fifty years old, clinging to each other, and gathered to chat. I wanted to see how the dishes were at the buffet. As a result, I didn’t buy meal coupons and were not allowed to enter. There are entrance guards like parks, and my husband told me that this is a four-star hotel with hardware configuration, and even the service of the guest house is not delayed. When I checked out, I found that the freshly washed linen was thrown on the ground, and the waiter didn't smile as a whole. The security guards are dressed too casually, let alone fit, and they can't even talk about hygiene. They have their neckline open. Hey, this hotel really needs to be replaced by a manager! In such a big hall, the service desk was actually shrunk in a small corner, so small, so small. What a miraculous and self-willed investor!

I have stayed in a hotel for about 300 days in a year. I have been on business trips in the south, east, north and west. The quality of the service staff is the worst, and the sanitation staff is not good. The service staff don’t know the basic knowledge of the hotel. 住宿的房間可以。酒店停車位充足。酒店周邊的風景很美，淮河從酒店樓下流過，從酒店可以眺望桐柏山山系。從酒店房間點的肯德基外賣，很快就送到了。酒店距離高速路入口不算遠，從酒店開車上高速比較方便。酒店的早餐比較一般，就餐環境也一般般，填飽肚子而已。如果我下次開車路過桐柏，如果需要住宿，我還會選則這家酒店。

房間和位置都挺好一酒店, 但前台的服務和態度有點和酒店的管理差距太大, 七點了 還在前台的摺疊床上呼呼大床 ，喊醒讓打水單，有點很不高興的樣子 ，説 水單是攜程開的 告知退房結算時很快就打印出來了 ，明顯是搪塞 ，八點以後是不是換班呢 我前去打印就是想提前打好 退房時房卡一交就走了 ，接下來慢慢穿上襪子 梳理頭髮 切 前台這樣的樣子感覺給酒店拉分了

性價比低，就是快捷酒店的標準，價格卻遠高於快捷酒店。最差的是服務，早晨因為要趕路，就想讓提前確認下房間內的消費，我們那時候已經開始收拾東西準備走了，服務員卻像防賊一樣一定要讓我們走了再看。然後早餐吃的很快，為趕時間想拿一個飲料路上喝喝，結果説帶走要收費。然後我們果斷放下去外面商店買一個，太神奇了。不推薦，下次也不會再住。

衞生很好，是當地最好的酒店，房間空間寬闊，床單枕頭都很乾凈，酒店樓下還有餐廳，還可以送餐到房間，服務非常周到，令人印象深刻！酒店周圍還有行人步道，可以運動運動，周圍也很安靜，住的很舒服！
