First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast. The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers. The internet speed was ok. Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu. I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!! The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal. I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Terrible service at events. They never wanted to contact the area manager and after 5 calls they never sent me a quote. They are kidnapped by a group of incompetent employees: Eduardo at reception and Paola at events. What a shame for the brand.

We went on a bad weekend because the Friendship Tournament was on and all the hotels were full and overpriced. The staff was friendly, however, for the cost of the room (200USD~) I would have expected much more. The window in the room was poorly sealed, cold air and noise entered. Extremely basic amenities: just one hand soap. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash practically empty. Hair dryer good. Not a bottle of water or coffee, everything separately with its respective cost (2 USD for a 600ml bottle and 1.77 for coffee). The shower was constantly dripping. Cleaning well. Self-service parking. No porter service. I am definitely disappointed in the chain with which I have stayed in other cities and countries. I want to think that it was the dates and not bad management.

The photos published on ******* of the junior suite double room category with two queen beds do not match the room delivered. The reservation was made in this category superior to the basic 2-queen room for the room shown in the photographs on ******* and various pages. I stayed two nights at this hotel. In general, the cleanliness was correct but the customer service was poor, too many people for the night staff, I recommend learning more about the dining options outside the hotel.

Terrible quality in customer service… I booked a night from December 21 to 22, I asked that they receive my guest a few hours before which they told me no, I explained that I was not going to spend the night that it was just a few hours but earlier , and to be able to do it they charged me half the rent more (but more expensive than the night I had already paid) what a shame that they serve that way and don't have a little flexibility, ahh and to finish I had to go to the establishment at 11 pm to pay half rent!!! Terrible attention and TERRIBLE service. He was a father who came from Florence with jet lag and his flight was changed without notice by the airline!!!
