Upscale hotel inside the historic district of Toledo. Walks to every attractions.

Overall it's pretty good. It's great to have a hotel like this in an old building in the old city.

The hotel front desk is not very good. They can't answer questions about travel and food. There are too few breakfast varieties. The shower head in the shower room fell off when it was hung up, so I had to hold it with my hands. There was a big gap in the door of the room and I didn't feel safe at all (as shown below). I don't understand why it can be rated five stars.

Very well located hotel but it is not five stars. The facilities are old and the qualities of the bathroom and room are not excellent.

The rooms are also clean and luxurious. With this quality, it's a good deal for less than 20,000 yen per night! Unfortunately, when I called the front desk woman at the hotel to ask for some soap, she hung up on me.

All perfect . It does not have parking although it has a parking lot nearby. You have to leave the car in the parking lot first if you don't have to give the bill to Toledo
