It's about 10 minutes' walk from kamata station, so it's OK to move. The facilities are clean, and most of the restaurants in kamata are delicious, which is a surprise. However, even though I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days for two people, I was very disappointed that there were two large towels and two towels that were as large as handkerchiefs. The bathroom is wide-angle, so if you actually look at it, it can be seen as a single person that can be seen anywhere in Japan. I had a good time.

It was very clean and nice.
Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth.
I used it for business this time, but there is a parking lot nearby and restaurants are within walking distance.
It's also not far from the station, so I don't think you'll have any problems.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
I'm sure I'll stay here again.

We arrived at midmorning and the staff are wonderful. Allowing us to check in early, a little bit tricky getting from the airport. We thought there was a shuttle, but apparently they don’t pick up in the morning. We worked it out though, The staff were amazing couldn’t be more helpful the room was very comfortable, we have stayed in many hotels in Japan, and overall the rooms are quite small. This one was a reasonable size by that standard. The restaurant food was excellent and we have to mention one particular staff member really took care of us. His name is “Manan “ the location is not as close to the airport as we had hoped, but I was still close enough to be convenient and we will stay there again. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff it’s you that makes us want to come back because you make us feel valued
The password problem has affected the guests next to me (he said it has happened many times and he doesn’t know what to do). I hope the host can make it simpler and clearer. Please remember that there are 2 URLs to enter before you can get the password~ Don't be like me, who stood outside the door for more than an hour, calling to no avail, waiting for customer service's response but not immediately, and I was scared to death.
It was very difficult for me to move on the basket, and the steps were relatively high.
Nearby is Nishi-Okawa Station, and the rhythm is not strong, so keep quiet. In addition, there are civilian canteens (delicious and cheap) and convenience stores that close until 22:00. It’s a blessing for me to come back at night~
Overall it's good, but the facilities need to be improved. Thank you_(:_‖∠)_

A new hotel that is clean, has good Wi-Fi, a nice onsen and a great place to break up a trip before you fly or after a long day of flying. Connected to the Terminal 3 (international terminal) it is build on top of a small shopping mall with a few restaurants. The hotel has pushed for self check-in and check-out and has a row of these machines with a very small face-to-face area. Some people might not like this. For me the check in machine didn’t work properly and the staff helping me took 4 tries before it would scan my passport. Check-out was fast though and took under a minute. My room had its own air conditioner so in winter the room wasn’t boiling hot which for me is a very major plus point (if you’ve travelled in Japan in winter a lot you will know what I mean!). I’d be very happy to stay here again

Good sized room with a decent sized bathroom. You can choose from a number of eateries for the included breakfast. The breakfast buffet alone was worth the stay.

Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station, when heading back to hotel, is a good form of exercise, as property is located uphill, and with the summer heat hovering at 33’C, you tend to get wet with those constant perspiration, hotel is a bit in-flexible with check in & check out time, we were told only can check in after 3pm, for checking in slight earlier at 1pm, we were told to pay an extra JPY4000.00 per room, while checking out is at 11am, if you want to stay till say noon, you will be charged additional JPY2000.00 for an extra hour use.
Hotel does not have limousine bus services to airport, so if you are heading to Haneda with luggages, the cost is approximately JPY7000.00 including toll charge.

This is our 2nd time staying at Nikko. We felt the service a little ”colder”. These time they charge extra for every bottle of drinking water. They do provide one bottle per day. This is nothing but I do feel; asking for an extra bottle should be free. it's just a bottle of water. We still love the location. Very close to Haneda airport. and of course Disneyland.

Outstanding
GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMs ChenVery quite while convenient location near Shinjuku JR station, the express bus station (高速巴士站「新宿巴士總站」) and nearby shopping malls (i.e. LUMINE, Time Squares, Takashimaya/「新宿高島屋」)etc. It also within walking distance to some beautiful sites, including Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (「新宿御苑」)、Meiji Jingu (「****」).
I travelled to Kawaguchiko Station (「河口湖站」/ 富士山區) with express bus from Shinjuku during my last stay in Tokyo, which is even faster than JR., definitely convenient location to be recommended for those who would like to visit Fuji Mountain area.
CCheeying3rd time staying at Keio due to the spacious room size, 1st time staying at the newer rooms in South Tower. Cleaning standard of the rooms were not as good as the main tower’s rooms. Greeted by a strong urine stench when the toilet door was opened, I’m a female w long hair. No idea why there was a short hair in the fridge since we checked in, it wasn’t removed till we checked out. Thick layer of dust was accumulated at the side of the fridge, visible amount of dust were also found around the room. From the lamp tops to the side of the walls. Housekeeping team in this tower is rly lacking as this dust remained till the end of our stay.
Apart from cleanliness, location of the hotel; amenities are great as usual. Another perk wld be the airport limousine bus to Narita/ Haneda(:
GGuest UserI stayed in a room with a train simulator, which was happy for rail fans. The ”train simulator real thing” used for the crew training of TOBU railway is installed in the room. The guests can use it freely from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day. The real feeling that can manipulate the real thing was amazing and I operated it at night and spared my sleep. This room has only one room, one night, one person with breakfast, and 20000 yen. On the way back, you can get a T-shirt printed on the face of the TOBU train as a souvenir.
GGuest UserI couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tidy and welcoming place to stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and the service provided by the hotel staff is excellent. The Hotel is just across the JR Akihabara station. If you want to go to hotel use the Central Gate exit to your right side and cross the road you will reach the hotel. The rooms was small but for me & family it was good enough.I will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo. From this hotel you can go anywhere in Akihabra area & Tokyo area.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
GGuest UserAlthough breakfast is free, the ingredients are very good, broccoli, blueberries, etc. are served almost every day, and soup containing mushrooms of water-soluble dietary fiber, I also liked Japanese avocado and chicken. Carrots and seafood carpaccio were also delicious. I think it's included in the room rate, but it was a very healthy breakfast compared to the Richmond I used to use so far. As for the room, it's a business hotel, so can't it be helped? If you dare to say it, I would like you to light up the corridor and the elevator hall on the first floor every morning. The staff were also polite and nothing happened during my stay. If you have a large suitcase, it is easier to get to the hotel by using the elevator that is only on the Asakusa Line side of the metropolitan government. There is only a long staircase at the 4 exit next to the hotel, so it is difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. On rainy days, it is better to walk underground to the hotel. It was a terminal station that was easy to use because there was a 2 station on the JR Sobu Line to Tokyo Station and a 2 line on the Asakusa Line to Narita Airport.
AANGWe check out early by one day! Can you help us to write to the hotel to request for a refund for one nights? I hope that trip.com can help me! Cos I book a lot through trip .com! Please reply us very urgently! Or else I how to book from you all in future!
