Nice stay here with Grand fresa, just a but far from rail station.

Great location, although the place smelled of cigarettes. They need to probably change all the carpets in the whole building to get rid of the smell. The TV movies are added on, which means you need to pay extra. They should have included this in the price. We knew the difference as we stayed at an APA hotel before coming to this hotel.

We arrived the hotel at 2 AM (plenty late), but that was fine because the hotel is located at the good location and very convenient surround there’re convenience store and a lot of restaurant. Most of the best thing is connected with Fuchu station. 

I lived for two days in a row. The facility was good. There is a convenience store on the second floor, you don't have to pass the front desk to get there, wearing pajamas is fine lol. BTW the restaurant on the first floor is fine but kind of lack of taste.

Really good and clean hotel! But slightly far from the train station and grocery shops.

We requested for a non-smoking room one month earlier via trip.com, but the hotel did not reply. When we checked in, they said non-smoking room is not available. Our room's ventilation is very poor. The room was booked 4 months before the check-in date, yet we were assigned a room at the end of a long corridor. This is really disappointing and unreasonable. Hygiene is satisfactory only. Good amenities. Great breakfast.

Nearby Tokyo garden theatre and JR station. Have convenient underground parking. All staffs are friendly

Everything was good. Breakfast selection had many offers and changes daily. Room was a bit dusty and make up service was not that good, clean towels are regularly changed though. Location was nice and peaceful which was relaxing. Made our whole stay in Japan very memorable. Will come back when have the chance.

Hotel is opt too expensive. Quite close to the yurikomome line about 5 mins walk. But far from city centre. You can’t go shopping or eating till late night. Otherwise you may miss the last train and got no transportation back. Got restaurants nearby but also close quite early. Overall it is ok, got amenities and better balcony rooms. But tv cannot watch YouTube or Netflix or screen mirroring. May be it’s time to upgrade the tv system to cope with the trend.

Some weird smell coming from the room? I don't know how to describe it, maybe mould or something kinda smells. The rooms are very small and the amenities weren't great. Overall, not worth the price :(

Booked this hotel for its location. Near TFT hall and tokyo big sight.

we booked this hotel for 4 nights and there were 3 of us. our room was spacious enough and had a good view of the park in front of us. walking distance to lots of convenience stores and restaurants around the area and 2 train stations that connect to the main city directly. they also have their own lawson inside the hotel. lots of amenities and shuttle bus to the Disney parks and Narita airport.

The location near Aqua city and Diver city shopping mall. Good breakfast.
