The location is very good if you're into the Kabukicho night life. The room was large. It is an older hotel and could use some upkeep, but overall I'm satisfied with my stay.

I don't know how to describe it, but the location is extremely convenient. It doesn't take more than 4 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. The hotel is a bit like an old-style clock hotel, with large rooms and large bathrooms. But it feels very old, like going back to the 70s and 80s. The family is a little scared, but if we only consider the size of the room, the price/performance ratio is very high. 

Although the location of the hotel is difficult to find and the appearance is relatively old, the room is really big, new and really big. If I go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay there again!

The air conditioner dries out the food, so it's convenient to have a small humidifier. The refrigerator is very large and can hold a lot of things. It was very helpful since we were staying for several nights.

Not good, the place is hard to find, the location is not accurate, my friend and I searched for 2 hours in the evening and couldn't find it, finally we asked Ctrip customer service to solve it, the hotel has no service at all, they don't actively tell us the Wi-Fi password, the luggage storage is just next to the wall of the hotel gate, the facilities are very old, very old, very old, the room has a peculiar smell, it is close to Shinjuku Station, but the street is dirty and messy, it is the worst place I stayed in during my few days in Japan

The hotel is located in the very center, very convenient for walking in the evening. The room with a sofa and quite spacious, simple but comfortable, large bathroom.

I was worried because it was an old accommodation, but it was clean and tidy. The location is really close to Higashi-Shinjuku Station and within walking distance from Shinjuku Main Station. Above all, the owner was very friendly. I was worried because it was just two women, but I had a safe trip! I think I will visit again next time I go to Tokyo.

The room is large, it's a suite, with complete facilities, and it's not noisy in the downtown area.
