Room is clean, amenities are complete, eco cleaning every 3days but we can ask more, check in and check out are easy and fast, near kayabacho sta. There is laundry room so we don't need to bring a lot of clothes.

Great location. And clean hotel. Room is not big but enough space to open luggage. Room is clean every 3 days. Towel and rubbish was cleared daily. Overall recommend this hotel.

The room was pretty good and clean in general. The toilet has a warm seat function, which is nice. The location can get you quickly to most attractions in Tokyo. The breakfast although simple is good in general (I especially like the sausages), but I would also like to see fruit, since it is in my experience quite hard to come by in Tokyo.
I only think the pillows aren’t that good. The white one is very hard and uncomfortable and the softer one (dark colored one) is very small (I believe the latter pillow is for sitting on top rather than for laying your head on it during sleeping).
Overall, it was a solid experience

The room was just nice for 1 person and it has everything I need. I had a comfortable stay with them. The location was very convenient as it was in walking distance from a subway station. In addition, there was a bus stop outside the hotel which you can board to get to Tokyo station where I easily took the airport train to Narita Airport. This made my traveling easy, especially so when I am traveling with such a huge luggage bag.
I want to highlight that they paid a lot of attention to details. I came out from a hot water bath and when I saw the mirror, I was very surprised to see that there was an area of the mirror that was not covered with water vapour. The staff actually applied something on the mirror to prevent condensation. Such attention to details made my day! It was not necessary but they did it anyway.
Highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!
