I love this hotel and hotel staff are very nice. Great location that I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Tokyo.

Love this hotel: it’s 3 mins walk to Tokyo main station: there’s Shinkansen, Jr and metro line There is basement to train station if it’s raining Booked semi double room and it comes with bathtub Will go back again

Well located and good connectivity to Tokyo station. Room was quite spacious for standard double bedroom.

Right above the train station, close to everything. Rooms are a bit small with toilets even smaller. But you get a decent room for a reasonable price. Tons of food nearby

Great location for travel by jr and to narita airport. Very clean and good size room.

Loved the location which is right opposite Tokyo Station (connected underground). Check-in was smooth and room size was adequate for 3 of us. My only complaint was there was nowhere to eat in the hotel as it was Christmas Eve and it needed pre-booking. The other restaurant was a smoking one so didn’t allow children. Found food at the station nonetheless.

(1) the room is humidly, and no window to get fresh air from outside. (2) the comfort is too thick or heavy, and it is good for winter, not for summer!
