Very very small room Bad smell in the toilet area Good breakfast

Convenient location, great onsen spa, wonderful services, very good breakfast, super tidy and clean. Room was however reeeally small (we booked a semi-double room). Neverthelesss... we booked this hotel because we absolutely loved the hotel of the same brand that we had stayed in in Kyoto last year. And the room size of this one was quite disappointing. If you love onsen then yes definetely go for it. Otherwise I bet there are better options out there.

Located in between 2 station and Breakfast is ok and recommended for stay.

A bit disappointed with this hotel. Might be from my misunderstanding of the style of room? Not sure. The room was larger than others but laid out in a way that it felt very cramped, and we were tripping over our luggage. The mattress was hard and springy (could feel the springs popping when we moved) and the pillows were very flat. The hotel advertises a “private onsen” meaning you can only use it if booked in the hotel, but no where does it say “no tattoos” until you are checked in. I should have confirmed, but trusted the listing on Trip, because so many other hotels specify no tattoos on their listings. I just assumed no warning against it meant tattoos were okay, but I was wrong. Some extra amenities that were nice were the free late night ramen and ice cream, the manga library (all in Japanese though), and the free washing machine (must pay for drying). The location can’t be beat, it’s very close to a metro stop and Akihabara Electric Town. Despite this, I probably would not stay here again.

The hotel is right at the end of Akihabara, very convenient to visit the old electric town and of course, the anime town! It has public baths for male and female separately, indoors and outdoors too. The hotel also provides free popsicles at night, or drinks in the morning for people using the baths. And free late night soba noodles too! It is a good bargain for a night or two to stay!

Location is Ok. About 7 mins walking distance from station. The room is very small. It is the smallest among all Dormy Inn that I have stayed so far. It offers the hot spring, free ice cream and ramen same as other Dormy Inn. CP value is good! Worst part you can see there are a lots of dust on the cabinets or other corners which I feel disgusting and not comfortable dying my stay. It is suppose to this happened in Japan hotel standard.

Good location at the city centre. The room is not big but it is acceptable for such price. Basic amenities are provided and and sufficient. Staff are polite and helpful. Welcome pudding is definitely a signature.

Good as always. But the sauna area can be a bit cleaner. Found bugs there this time, not a good experience.

Room way too small for families. Location is average, not particularly close to subway. Onsen and ramen was fine.

Good location. Surrounded with many train stations. Just 10 min to Akihabara, 8 min to Ametoko market, 12 min to Ueno park. Hotel don't have bath tub in the room but have onsen at 9th floor. No cleaning room service if you needed have to pay around 1500 yen per day. At onsen they have ice cream for complimentary and have free ramen available from 9pm until 11pm.
