Hi! Every one. The hotel room was enough good and big. But bit for away from the metro station.

The room I stayed in on the fourth day was suddenly changed without notifying me in advance. I smelled a strong smell of kerosene as soon as I entered the room. I opened the window for more than four hours despite the cold, and I still smelled the smell of kerosene when I went to bed at night. Moreover, the toilet in the room is too small and obviously not suitable for adult men. The room on this day was much worse than the room I stayed in the same hotel for the previous three days. In fact, the accommodation price for my fourth day was more expensive than the accommodation price for the same hotel for the previous three days (it was a deluxe double room).

The advantages are: it's clean, close to the subway station, about ten minutes' walk, free breakfast is provided in the morning, the room has a balcony, and you can see Mount Fuji when the weather is clear. The disadvantage is: there is a strong wind outside at night, and the balcony glass makes a loud noise, which affects sleep.

It's okay, but it's a bit far from the city. Fortunately, the price is cheap. Compared with the high accommodation fees in Tokyo, it's much cheaper. It's not very far by subway, and the price/performance ratio is good.

There is a little distance from the station, but it is a distance that does not bother you, and there is a bus. Free breakfast is also included. It's not a new facility, but the room is spacious and you can spread your luggage comfortably.

It was clean, cheap, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very nice. I would like to use it again. I was able to adjust the temperature of the shower immediately, and it was great to have Seven next to the building.

It is a good option for traveling with friends or with your couple, if you are traveling with family you should take another option, the hotel seems in the past was a love hotel, also to get the metro it takes up to 15 minutes walking. for those reasons if you will travel with family you should try another option

Room space is fairly big comparing with other Japanese hotel. The place is quiet. The utility is bit old. The air conditioner is lack of cleaning, the wind outlet has visible sign of mold

Reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. There's a 7/11 just next to the hotel that you can use if you need to get anything. Walkable from Yatsuka station.

Definitely worth the price. The hotel is a little run down but is pretty clean. The bath was huge and the bed was fairly comfortable and not squeaky at all. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to spend too much on a room in Tokyo.
