Sutton Place Hotel Ueno Reviews

The room is ok. We booked corner room with a little bit bigger space. The location is quite good and quiet. It's quite a long walk to Keisei skyliner. There is only 1 elevator so we have to wait quite long. Maid service is not available during our stay. We have to put the garbage and the bath towels to the 2nd floor before check out.

Good in services and facilities. It is very convenient for taking JR, trams and also skyliner.

I arrived past 10pm and the staff sent an email reminder to call if I don’t see anyone. Two staff were present to help with smooth check-in. A very cozy and clean room. Tip for light sleepers: the hotel faces the highway (by the road), so it can be noisy through the night.

The hotel is about 5 to 7 minutes from Ueno Station Hotel room cleanliness But there is no room cleaning, so please pay attention if you stay for more than 2 nights. There is a washing machine and dryer on the second floor.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from Ueno Station. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is quite convenient. The view from the room overlooks the Tokyo Skytree.

Haoshio Tokyo Hotel has 4-person rooms at reasonable prices. The room is large and can accommodate four 28-inch beds. There are 2 single beds + 2 sofa beds. However, due to environmental reasons, the hotel does not have cleaning rooms, but you can go to the reception to bring towels, garbage bags, bottles of water, toothpaste and toothbrushes. The hotel's check-out time is 11am, and if we add money to check-out at 1pm, it's only 1,000 yen/1 hour.

Once again, the location was great and I had a great time. I would definitely like to use this service again. Thank you very much.

The room is exactly the same as the one pictured on the official website. It's a bit noisy near the viaduct. But the bathing facilities are very comfortable; the quadruple room is quite large. The transportation is also very convenient, you can get there just from Ueno Station. There are many izakayas around.

There is a handsome guy from Jiangxi, China in Batai, who has strong language communication skills and is enthusiastic and thoughtful! The location of the hotel is okay, close to Ueno Station and close to the elevated shopping market (¯▽¯)👍

The hotel is considered a self-service hotel. It is unattended from 10 pm to 9 am. There is no Chinese service (not when I went there), no breakfast, and no daily room cleaning service. The daily garbage is placed at the door of the room, and bath towels and other cloths are placed by yourself. You can pick it up at the front desk, the room is small. The location is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are no large commercial buildings or attractions within 300 meters. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Sensoji Temple and 10 minutes to Ueno Station. There is a huge izakaya gathering place opposite Ueno Station (I don’t know the name). At night It was very lively and crowded, and most of them were Japanese.

The location is close and the room is small but clean. It is enough for business travelers who just need a place to sleep at night.

Very close to JR station, next to Ueno Park and museum, very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel room is not too cramped and is cost-effective. The price is very cost-effective in Tokyo.

The air conditioner is so weak! Bureau**!
