less than 5mins walk from the station. but not much night life or food around the area. love their quirky and bright designs layout shampoo soap are good. staff are friendly and helpful. there’s working space at the lobby area. there’s a pantry to heat up or fill your bottle. and i love how they utilize space in the room. gym is slightly small.

Perfect location, room is sufficient for single travellers. Fridge was plugged out so you need to check.

I have been a fan of this brand in my home country and it was a great decision to book Lyf@Ginza! Plus point was that it was so near Kyobashi and Takaracho subway station (within 2 minutes walk), and a 10 min walk to the main Ginza area and Tokyo station. The place was clean and staff were all very friendly! Love the co-working space design as well which made the experience very fun and unique! Will opt to stay there again the next time I visit Tokyo.

New hotel that opened in 2023. I love their branding, staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Location is good no matter you are arriving from Haneda or Narita.

Sole traveller but booked a double room. There is literally no room to open luggage, luckily I brought top open luggage. Had to put the luggage on the only chair in the room. The bathroom is super small and there is a hanging rod inside the bathing area which I had hit my arms as the space was too small. The rooms are not soundproofing and you can hear neighbours pulling and dragging their chairs in their room. There is no bottled water provided and you had to take a plastic bottle to level 2 to refill if you need any water. This hotel is more like a hostel instead of a decent hotel. The location of the hotel was inside an alley after turning left from the main road (Kyobashi station is right at the main road), which is secluded at night. There is a few guys smoking outside the hotel and on the opposite side, there is some bars and restaurants. It’s quite unsafe for female sole travellers. Also, on one of the nights, there were some company gatherings with a lot of Japanese at the area meant for travellers to eat. They were all stuffy at the first floor area and it’s really noisy. Won’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great service, receptionists and room attendants are very friendly. Location is great, the room price also fare compared with surrounding hotels. Very fancy too. Highly recommended.

The location is not bad. Taking around 10 minutes walk from the Tokyo station, will feel a bit tired with huge luggage with you. But Tokyo station is mainly for arriving from and going to the airport. Besides, you are mainly travelling with Kyōbashi eki station (京橋站) which is also very nice location travelling to Ginza and Shibuya. The room is very decent and spacious compared with lots of other hotels in Tokyo. You have everything you need. The best part will be the staff. Nearly all of them speak wonderful English. Most surprising part will be even a cleaner who we met in the lift speaks wonderful English and being super friendly. If you are planning to go to Disneyland, this will also be a good spot to stay. Taking only 30mins ride to the station.

Love the room! Super clean and stylish! Hotel staff are SUPER helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our 4 nights stay, very close to Ginza station which is very convenient for travelling around.

We were assisted by a female receptionist when dropping off our luggage before check-in. She informed us that there is No city tax for a double bed room. However, during check-in, a male receptionist claimed the tax was 200 yen per double bed room, resulting in an additional charge. This discrepancy left me feeling deceived, and it significantly diminished my overall experience.
