Three friends went, and the short friend used the sofa bed!
My friend said it was more comfortable than expected haha.
I liked the room because it was more spacious than other accommodations in Japan.
The accommodation facilities were very clean and I was satisfied with the refrigerator and kitchen facilities!
It would be even better for those staying long term! (There is a washing machine)
Anyway, for me, the most important aspect of an accommodation is cleanliness rather than location, so I was very satisfied with this accommodation! I also liked that there was a Lawson convenience store right below.

There was only one shower room, so I wish there was another one. The shower and the washroom were clean, which was nice. For the price, it was neither good nor bad.

I was looking for a place to stay in Shinjuku, but gave up because it was too expensive, and then I found this place. It turned out to be the right choice! It's a traditional business hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. There's a convenience store on the first floor, and you can enjoy sweets in your room. It's close to the station, and the floor for women was great. I'd like to stay here again.

I stayed for one night.
It's in a very convenient location with good access from the station and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
However, it seems the room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned, as there was hair in the bathroom and toilet, and the amenity towels were dirty, which was disappointing.
I mentioned this to a staff member and they took care of it right away.
As the hotel is in a good location and the service is good, I hope they will put more effort into cleaning.
Overall, the price is normal, but the location is relatively remote and it takes a while to find this place after getting off the car.
It's a bit like a youth hostel, with shared spaces and the ability to cook within designated times.
The advantage here is that if you travel alone, you have a separate room, so you don’t have to share a room with strangers. However, the sound insulation is relatively poor and there is no independent toilet.

The room is clean and relatively spacious given this price range, with a comfortable bed and shower ! You have all you need in room. You can also enjoy free coffee as well.
Just 15 sec away from Koenji station and few stops to Shinjuku. Many restaurants and small shops nearby, love this place. I stayed there for 4 nights, staff are friendly. Very nice stay.

This is a capsule hotel where I often stay.
It's not far from the station and it's cheap.
It's useful because there are times when you can drink as many alcoholic beverages as you like.
There is a bath and it is one of the cleanest among capsule hotels.
Hotel prices have been rising recently, so this is a good thing.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!
TTexas Longhorns92We returned for our next stay because if its convenient location. Even with four luggages, we manage to walk to the Shinjuku station at ease for thr Narita Express train to the airport.
GGuest UserI couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tidy and welcoming place to stay!
GGuest UserI would definitely return to this hotel again. The staff was very attentive and the location is fantastic. The room we had stayed in was newly renovated and the interior design was very user friendly. The breakfast at the premier lounge was amazing.
LloobenjaminExcellent service staff especially Miss Fujita mending the checkin counter. She has been very friendly, helpful by providing us with a lot of information, explained in detail about the hotel facilities and even recommended us to some site seeing locations in Asakusa. Hotel is in a very strategic location within the heart of Asakusa, accessible by 2 metro line, with great 7-11 just a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely going to repeat our stay there in the future.
SSALLESWe had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.
AACThe hotel is conveniently located, right above the convenient store. It is just 7 mins from Kensei Ueno station, which has train to go to Narita Airport within 40 mins. It is only 3 mins walk from JR station, which only took about 30+ mins to Haneda airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Near Ueon Park, with a few Museums. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
RRtz2nd time staying in this hotel. Location is so convenient as it is right in front of the exit for Higashi-Ginza station (direct line going to Haneda airport). Rooms are also clean and comfortable. The hotel's onsen are also perfect for a late night soak after a long day of exploring.
