Great location with easy access to the Metro station. A big shopping just right at the front of the hotel with numerous choices of restaurants around.
A little dusty on the curtain near the bed but overall it’s clean.

Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk to the subway station! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming! The facilities are old and the hygiene is average! When storing luggage, some staff are more responsible, while others are more sloppy!

A bit outside of Shinbuku but still very good connections. Has own Hilton Bus to Shinbuku station, which is really useful. Fitness, Sauna, small Onsen and pool were very nice, not very new renovation but we liked it a lot. Executive Lounge was a bit disappointing, because nothing really special and every day more or less the same. We missed some good Sushi or longer opening times. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

I recently stayed at the Premier Cabin Hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly option. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between value and comfort.
Room & Amenities
The room was compact but cleverly designed to maximize space, offering everything I needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, a clean, modern bathroom, and essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and a TV. While the space was on the smaller side, it was cozy and well-maintained. The minimalist décor added to the relaxing atmosphere.
Service
The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick, and they were always available to help with any inquiries I had during my stay. I appreciated their attentiveness, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.
Location
The hotel’s location was convenient, especially if you're in town for sightseeing or business. It was close to public transport and within walking distance of a few local attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Groove. Great customer service by hotel staff and check in and out procedures were speedy. Joined the complimentary membership and was given late check out at 12pm instead of 11am. The room is clean and comfortable. In addition, the view from the hotel lobby and room was most impressionable. The only downside is that the location is very far from Shinjuku station (about 12 minutes walk on crowded streets with luggage can be quite tedious). It is, however, only 2 minutes away from seibu-shinjuku station. Also, the hotel is surrounded by various convenience stores, eateries, malls and entertainment.

A very convenient hotel with good service and adequate amenities. It’s close to the station, shopping centres, restaurants. It is a little aged and the rooms range from small to mid size (17m2 to 23m2) unless you have the suite or Executive King room. Even the Executive Queen room isn’t very big at 22m2-23m2. But overall it’s a good hotel which I have come back to. The Airport Limousine Bus Stop is at the hotel which I really appreciate.

Hotel was so clean and service was noble. Better than I expected which surprised me. Room is a bit small but normal size of Japanese hotel but the room, which the interior is similar to MUJI hotel, had a wonderful bathroom with separate shower and bathtub which was marvelous. Godzilla was everywhere and this hotel seems to be famous for it but basically this hotel has quality.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI am a book lover myself, and came to stay here for 2 nights in March a week before Easter, mainly for the library theme and book selection. The hotel itself, the book lounge, and the book libraries on each floor was all very very good. However, upon my checking in, it was obvious that the male receptionist on the left pay more attention to Caucasian guests rather than me (an Asian solo female traveller). I had the impression they just wanted to get rid of me asap, and then served the Caucasian guests behind me.
During the whole of my check in process, no one mentioned anything about the special libraries on each floor, no one told me about the free beverages offered “at the far end corner for the reception desk”, and definitely no one mentioned anything about he QRcode library tour!!! I stayed for two nights and it was only after the first night (when I read the books inside my room that I knew of ANY of the services I mentioned above). Of course one may say I could read all those on the signage’s provided in the property. But then…
Upon walking into the reception desk the next day, I did hear the same male receptionist explained in great detail (everything I mentioned above)in English to other Caucasian guests.
I like the library premise of the property, the books selections were great, exhibition on the first floor was quite nice, however, I am not sure if I would stay for a second time, knowing how they treated solo female Asian guest whom they assumed was not civilised enough (that was my impression) to deserve a thorough introduction about this lovely bookish hotel from them. Quite disappointed to be frank, especially knowing how much history this hotel has included!!
JJoyceLocation is great -5 mins walk from station. Rooms are decent size for Jap standard and hotel is modern and classy, doesn’t feel dated. No need to join the breakfast at hotel as lots of options nearby. 7/11 attached and Starbucks and cafes and shops within 2 mins walking distance. Sawamura ( turn right at Starbucks) has yummy bread and pastries and there is a line queuing up for lunch every day before 11.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and special mention to Justyna
Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!
LloobenjaminExcellent service staff especially Miss Fujita mending the checkin counter. She has been very friendly, helpful by providing us with a lot of information, explained in detail about the hotel facilities and even recommended us to some site seeing locations in Asakusa. Hotel is in a very strategic location within the heart of Asakusa, accessible by 2 metro line, with great 7-11 just a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely going to repeat our stay there in the future.
SSALLESWe had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.
MmingbooinThe location of the hotel was excellent. Exit 4 of Bakurocho Station was located right next to the entrance of the hotel and the exit led to all the other connecting train lines so it was extremely convenient to travel to all the popular locations. I went to Tokyo for a concert and it only took 25 minutes from Tokyo Dome back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone watching concerts at the Dome as well. Furthermore, the breakfast was a nice mix of Western and Japanese food and we found the breakfast sufficient to get us through the afternoon. There's free lockers and locks for luggage storage on the 1st floor so you don't need to go through the staff to lock your luggage. The laundry rooms located on the 4th and 8th floor were really cheap as well. Total was about 400Yen to wash and dry clothes. The only downside was that the rooms were slightly old and very small (but we expected it from Tokyo already so it wasn't an issue for us) so we had a hard time packing things into a 29inch luggage.
AAnonymous UserVery clean, spacious, the biggest room I got so far for single occupancy, able to open my suitcase n still got space to walk around comfortably. Very convenient just 7 mins walk to/from Ueno station or 4 mins to/from Okachimachi station. Kensei Skyliner to Narita airport just short walk from Ueno station. Good for last min shopping at Ameyoko Street (Uniqlo/GU, supermarket, Daiso, Donki, etc). Delicious & affordable Chirashi Don Sushi bowl (must have). They also catered free half portion ramen at night, yakult & ice sticks after Onsen (manga at the entertainment room). Definitely will stay again.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
GGuest UserI love the location it’s super convenient. Staff are super polite and smiley.
Service wise is not good too many strange rules firstly, there is no phone in the room. In case u need one it’s near the elevator on each floor to speak to the staff.
The twin bed are way too big for us 2/3 of the room. I can’t even open my suitcase easily.
Only one elevator in this 14 storeys hotel right next to their emergency stairways. There is a sign saying if you are in a rush please use the stairways but we were on the higher floor and it’s so cold February a few degrees Celsius ???? Well no thanks I shall wait patiently then……
No daily cleaning service we stayed 5 nights the hotel offered one time cleaning during our stay. All the dirty linens and garbage have to be placed outside your door by 10am if new towels needed. Strangely one bottle complimentary water was given to 2 guests daily together in a bag of towels and slippers toothbrush garbage bags. Only one washing machine ¥600 35mins, dryer ¥300 60mins available (cashless payment only) Onsen too small and poor facilities.
