The service attitude is very good, dinner and breakfast are very rich! The fly in the ointment is that the communication depends on the translator!

I arrived around 16:00, but there were many other people arriving, so it took a long time to check in. It wasn't that long so that's fine, but I thought I'd get a coffee while I waited, but I gave up due to lack of staff. It was a beautiful lobby, so I thought it would be nice if there were people in that corner. I felt that the sake bar should have been open a little later. But overall I am satisfied.

Very nice living experince with great serving half board

My husband and I stayed here for three days and two nights to visit Ise Shrine. Although it is a relatively small hotel, it was comfortable and offered the kind of attentive service that you don't get at larger hotels. The multi-course meal, which came with a platter of rice, was luxurious and just the right amount of seasoning, a perfect match for the local sake. The location with a view of the sea, the hot springs, and the smiles of the hotel staff were all wonderful, and it's a hotel we'd like to use again.

This time, I decided to go on a trip the day before and stayed in a room with an indoor open-air bath with a breakfast only plan. The family was delighted with the indoor open-air bath. The employees also kept smiling and treated us kindly. The hot spring was good because there were few customers who happened to be in it, but it's a little small because it's about the size of a golf course bath. The breakfast was so filling that I couldn't eat it all. I would like to eat dinner next time.

My children wanted to see the sea, so I was looking for a one-night, two-board accommodation near the sea. Since the number of coronaviruses was increasing, I found a private room with an open-air bath so that I could be satisfied in the room, thinking about safety, and chose this one. The building itself seemed to be aged, but I felt a sense of cleanliness that didn't make me think of it. At the time of booking, I wrote that my child was planning to leave late and that I might not be able to check in at the last minute or a little later. As expected, I was at the last minute, but since I was late, I was worried and called me. The hotel itself was on a hill and there was an instruction to drive to the entrance, but the hill was quite steep to climb by car. After being guided to the parking lot, there was consideration that they would pick me up by bus for this short distance, although it was a slope. The last dinner will start at 19:00. Would you like to see the sunset at 18:00 shortly after arriving? I thought it wouldn't take too long for my kids and myself to eat, so I tried. However, the front desk told me that I was in a hurry at 19:00, and it was sunset at 19:09, so it was okay to wait a little longer after seeing it, so I started at 19:00. Dinner was just as the front desk person said. It was a wonderful dish that could not be eaten in an hour. Everything was delicious and I was really satisfied. Rock oysters are limited in quantity, so I ordered it as a celebration for my child. The original dinner was quite large, so I didn't need it as a quantity, but if you like oysters, this is a very happy dish. There was also a commitment to the vessel, and not only the taste but also the appearance was beautiful. There is also a private open-air bath for women (free), which I used. I didn't have much time to go in because I couldn't use it until 22:00 and the reservation was only after 21:20. If I may dare to say it, it was a little disappointing that there was a big spider web in the lit up scenery, but I think it can't be helped because it's a natural thing. The children liked the Garalfa foot bath so much that they wanted to keep it at home. At first I thought it was so tickling that I couldn't stand it, but after a while I got used to it and it was so lovely to see him eating horny skin. I was very happy with the appearance and taste of the breakfast. I felt the amount was too much. It was so delicious that I felt sorry for leaving it, but I couldn't finish it. The public bath was also nice. I thought it was clean and the massage machine was nice. The indoor open-air bath was also nice. I was surprised that insects flew by chance at night, but it can't be helped because it's outside. I was so healed by being able to relax while looking at the starry sky without worrying about my surroundings. All the hotel employees were very kind and polite, and I was able to stay comfortably. Check-in by 17:30 Check-out by 10:00. I'm the type to always check out early, but it was so comfortable that I could barely make it. It was a little pricey, but the price was acceptable, and the children were very happy with this inn.

The facility was relatively clean and children could easily stay there.

I had been looking for a hotel that was reasonably priced and had an open-air hot spring bath in the room. It seems like they are carrying Sakakibara hot spring water, and the water is so good that it made my skin smooth. During my stay, I was able to relax and go whenever I wanted without worrying about being seen, and it was great. Although it is not a new hotel, it is well-cleaned. There were so many different kinds of food that I couldn't finish the boat platter, and they were all delicious. The other dishes were delicious and filling. If possible, I would have been happy to have tempura instead of steamed sea bream with herbs. Breakfast was also the same as the braised sea bream that I had eaten the day before, miso soup with spiny lobster, and so many other items that I couldn't even think of it as breakfast. I'm very satisfied. Most of the staff were from other countries, but they were all smiling and attentive. Corona measures are also being taken properly. I was able to have my meals in a private room, so I felt safe. This time, I stayed with my daughter's family in two rooms, and my 9-month-old grandson was also able to take a bath in the open-air bath in the room for the first time. I told them on the phone that I had a baby, so they provided a diaper bucket and chair for me, and I was also able to ask for warmed baby food. My daughter and her husband were very happy and I hope we can stay at this hotel together again.

The food was amazing. I couldn't finish the appetizer at the beginning of dinner. Steamed sea bream with herbs is exquisite!
