Hotels near Plaza Cañadío, Tlaxcalancingo

I've stayed here several times as I've been coming to Puebla more and more for business. I was there 2 nights this week and the staff was great. I am a Hilton Diamond member and they had good Diamond recognition. They upgraded me to a corner Junior Suite (Room 734) which was great as you had a great view both directions. It was spacious, comfortable and had a desk to work on. The bed was ok and the it had working AC. Although, during the afternoon it really had to push to keep the room at the temperature I wanted. At night it always worked well. It seems like it just struggles when it's the hottest and sunniest during the day. That could be solved if you can open the windows but you can't. The only thing that wasn't working is the fridge. They really really should get them back working. I'm not sure if they don't because of COVID but the fridge didn't work at all. They had a working electronic safe which was convenient. Shower pressure worked well and lots of hot water. The internet speeds weren't that quick but it did work. It seems like they always improve the lobby area. They have a business center and now they have a Starbucks window right when you come in which is nice if you like those drinks. For my Diamond benefit they allow points or a continental breakfast. I choose the breakfast which was eggs anyway you wanted, toast, access to the fruit bar and the various juices and coffee or tea. You can pay 150 pesos more and upgrade to the full breakfast buffet. There is plenty of free parking in their secure parking lot. I requested a late 4 PM check-out as my flight left late but they said the latest I could stay was 2 PM as they needed the room. The front desk staff was polite. When I couldn't get something printed in their business center, they asked me to email it to them and they printed it out for me. On the night I flew in, I was very tired and didn't want to go out and they have room service from the restaurant below. The food is totally decent. They brought it up quickly and you can charge to your room.

Very good impression of this hotel, cost-effective, better and cheaper than Mexico City Airport. Well, the airport is for connecting flights. There is a bus from Mexico City Airport to Puebla. It takes ten minutes to get off the bus and take a taxi to the hotel. The traffic is very convenient. The breakfast is local, but the scrambled eggs and broccoli are very suitable for the Chinese stomach. Hahaha The fruit is very fresh. The room we booked does not include breakfast. We paid for the card in the morning. The waiters are very good, but not much English, but the basic communication is still no problem

The hotel is very good, at a good price, the detail sometimes is the communication of the details that occur, I asked for a room with 2 beds and they did not give me one, they gave a sofa bed that was not comfortable... In general the hotel is good

The hotel is about 15 minutes to Puebla's catedral. About 10 to Cholula. About 20 to the airport. I choose the hotel due to the great reviews and the location. The front desk staff were very helpful. The bellman brought my luggage to the room right away. The room was clean, the beads comfortable, like any 5 star hotel room. The breakfast was the best continental I have ever had. I have stayed at many hotels, Hyatt, Hilton, etc,. This one has the best breakfast. The hotel front desk/lobby is located on the 2nd floor. The entrance is on the rear part of the mall. If you forgot something you can buy it downstairs inside the mall.

Mi reserva originalmente era para los días 18 al 22 de septiembre, al llegar nos recibió la recepcionista Edith, quien fue muy amable y nos proporcionó la llave y control de la habitación al entrar a la habitación me percaté que había una quemadura de cigarro en la colcha de la cama individual de la habitación, también tenía mucho olor a humedad y polvo, fui a recepción para informarlo y la recepcionista dijo que si quería que me la cambiara a lo que le respondí que no era necesario que sólo le quería informar para evitar cualquier incidente, cabe mencionar que no es la primera vez que mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel y siempre tanto la recepcionista Edith como Fernanda nos habían recibido y atendido de una forma muy agradable y respetuosa con una sonrisa y siempre atentas a los detalles,siempre que hemos visitado puebla preferimos el hotel debido a que es más familiar y siempre mis familiares que viven en la ciudad nos visitaban en la habitación por unos minutos y luego de iban a su domicilio e incluso en otras ocasiones alquilaron una habitación para pasar la noche,sin embargo en esta ocasión fue diferente, el día lunes salimos a pasear y en la noche regresamos mi familia y yo al hotel, mi familiar (persona con discapacidad motriz y su hija) pasaron a nuestra habitación para poder esperar su transporte para poder ir a su domicilio pasaron unos minutos en lo que llego su transporte y se fueron, a los pocos minutos unos perros comenzaron a ladrar mucho y después de casi una hora de escucharlos llame a recepción y le pregunté a el recepcionista Pablo que si los perros estaban en el hotel a lo que él de inmediato me contestó levantando su tono de voz que no que esos perros eran de la calle de atrás y que siempre se escuchan yo le contesté que estaba bien que sólo era curiosidad porque se escuchaban muy cerca, a lo que él volvió a decir que no que eran de atrás y que si ya se habían ido mis visitas a lo que le dije que sí que ya tenía como una hora que se habían ido y me colgó. Cabe mencionar que en la noche al desatender la cama para dormir notamos que estaban manchadas las sábanas por lo que a la mañana siguiente le mencionamos a la recepcionista (Alejandra) que estaban manchadas y que había cabello en la pared de la regadera por lo que ella nos mencionó que iba a pedir que nos cambiaran todas las sábanas y limpiaran con más detalle el baño, al regresar en la noche efectivamente el tema de la limpieza fue solucionado. Sin embargo se presentó otro problema con el recepcionista Pablo ya que al llegar al hotel le pedí la llave y salió de su módulo y se paró frente a mi familia (3 personas de la tercera edad y una de ellas con discapacidad motriz) y dijo que no podían pasar visitas que no estaba permitido y comenzó a levantar la voz dirigiéndose a las señoras, le comentamos que era igual que las otras ocasiones que sólo iban a esperar su transporte y ya se iban a su domicilio y el dijo que era imposible que eso fuera cierto porque el nunca
