Worst hotel. Booked 2 superior rooms through mm t 2 weeks prior and despite making full payment, the hotel said all rooms full. All staff are soo insensitive including seniors. Got it escalated through mmt. They allocated only one room that too after making me wait 3 hours post check on time. That room too was full of cigarette smell. Only property looks v good. Staffs will your stay miserable. Please do not book this hotel

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable❤️. Nothing was too much trouble

Visited for pilgrimage. Hotel staff shared all information and guided us with tips. Rooms are good and manager was very cooperative. Breakfast was good

Not a clean bed, no water glasses, even after many calls to reception then only they given, morning berakfast also not up to mark, very limited and no taste.
