I came to Tianshui to eat Mala Tang during the Qingming Festival holiday. I booked this hotel. The location is quite good. It is not far from Fuxi Temple and Mala Tang. The hotel room is also large. The front desk service is good. When it rains, I also sent an umbrella. Like 👍

The king-size bed room is at the corner of the hotel. I have to complain about the lights in the room. When I turned off the lights in the middle of the night, it went crazy and went on and off. I couldn't get through the front desk phone. Finally, I called my mobile phone and they said there was no room to change. I needed to unplug the power card and wait for two minutes before plugging it in again. I slept with the power card unplugged all night. Other things were ok. The spicy hot pot was a bit salty. The spicy hot pot for breakfast was not bad. The location is just a few minutes from the pedestrian street to the courtyard. It's noisy downstairs in the middle of the night. Mind the consideration

It is worthy of being a four-star hotel in Tianshui. The service is good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it makes people feel at home. I will come here often in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

The amenities were on par with any Holiday inn. The entrance from the road needs to be a bit bigger as the more prominent sign is the public toilet one as they share the same road entry from the main road. Being a regular holiday inn guest, I feel its important to point that out..Kiki and Mimi were very helpful during my stay and I would definitely go back here if I visit Tianshui gain. The location is good for nearby walkarounds...

Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

Can I trouble her to go up and try how long the water will run before the hot water comes out, so that I don’t need to wait blindly when I come back at night. The lady at the front desk readily agreed to my request. Not long after, she called and told me in detail: first run the water in the sink for five to six minutes, and the water temperature will go up, then go over and turn on the shower, and you can take a shower after two minutes of water temperature. Her reply was beyond my expectation. I didn’t expect her to answer so carefully. She must have listened to my needs very carefully, and she didn’t perfunctorily answer me. I was already very satisfied with her service attitude, but my boyfriend casually said on the phone that this room is far from the water supply pipe. After hearing this, the front desk lady thought we minded a little, so she said to us: We must be very late and tired when we return to the hotel after visiting Tianshui Ancient City. In order for us to wash up and rest early, there is a starry sky room close to the water supply pipe on the same floor of the hotel, which can be upgraded for free.
