Air conditioning was not working , could not sleep all night. No one came to inform or tell the problem. Overall the hotel was good.

The hotel is ok for a short stay, amenities are very basic. Good location for Tianshui, staff is friendly.

Great location in the center of the city. The room is OK but there is a lot of noise at 3am in the morning and can't sleep well.
Staff at the front desk are great and friendly. The room is quiet clean and the bed is good.
