You don't have to worry about having nowhere to park a large car that can't get out of the basement. I hope more attention can be paid to hygiene, especially around the sink, toilet and window sill. There is Chenji Guoba dish for breakfast nearby, but the taste is average, mainly because the dining environment and sanitary conditions are relatively poor; Just next to the hotel is the Goubuli VIP Building; within a 15-minute walk, you can find gelato and Zhao Dagujin dishes (recommended, they are very delicious and the portions are large. The service guy looks fierce, but his attitude is... They are very nice and polite) etc. There are many restaurants and small shops that you can visit. It is recommended to go to the Haihe River to enjoy the breeze in the evening, which is a different feeling.

Nice hotel, everything felt new. Convenient for the Xikanglu metro station, a seven or eight minute walk. The room was large as was the bed. Negative points: it took quite a while for hot water to come through the shower, Also they were a bit stingy with shower soap and toilet roll - both were 50 to 75% used when I arrived and neither was replenished during my two day stay. Also I felt the receptionists were a bit 'cold'. Overall though I felt comfortable and would choose to stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many things to see in the area. We enjoyed taking night walks while there. Unfortunately, we booked a non-smoking room and the room definitely was not. It also seemed like counters had not been wiped down before we entered the room. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again because of the location.

The hotel is near Wudadao, with convenient transportation. The facilities and services of the old hotel are good. I originally thought that I would stay in this hotel again next time I go to Tianjin with such a cost-effective hotel. When booking, I noted that it was quiet and far away from the elevator. The room arranged by the front desk seemed to meet the standards. However, I was woken up by the voice of the man next door early in the morning. Because I was too tired to play during the daytime the day before, I went to bed early at night and didn’t notice it. At dawn, I found that there was a door connecting with the next room. Although it was locked, it was not soundproof and lacked a sense of security. Before checking out, I saw that there was no one in the next room and the door was open. I looked at both sides of the door. There were door handles on both sides. I didn’t know which side the door lock could be opened. My good impression of this hotel was greatly reduced. Since there are guest rooms on both sides, why keep such a door😕

The facilities in the room are about 70% new, and the wooden decoration is slightly peeled off. When we checked in, the drain of the bathtub was damaged and could not be closed and needed major repairs. At that time, I wanted to take a bath again, but the waiter finally solved it with a bathtub cover. The toiletries are self-operated, non-branded, and the fragrance of the shower gel is not very good, and it will be a bit dry after washing. Environment: The external environment is close to the business district, with many shopping malls, a wide range of takeaways, authentic Tianjin snacks and KFC. Takeaway is convenient. In terms of the environment in the hotel, there is almost no executive lounge. When we checked in, it was after noon, because the room was not ready, we proposed to go to the lounge or the executive lounge to rest, but there might be a wedding banquet in the hotel at that time, the lounge was full of chattering people, and there was no executive lounge. In the end, I only took two bottles of Nongfu Spring and was forced to go out and wait for the room to be ready. It may be located in a commercial building, and its lower floors are rented out for hotpot dining, as well as a swimming pool and spa open to the public. Residential guests and outsiders are not well distinguished, and the elevators are mixed. If a high-level guest swipes the room card and presses the floor, other people can press the floor of other rooms at will, which poses a certain security risk. Service: There is no problem with the service attitude of the waiter. Speak politely and politely. We asked the customer service to give suggestions for Tianjin snacks on WeChat, and there were still positive responses. However, we need to strengthen the consideration of customers. For example, if the room is not good, we can actively arrange for guests to sit and rest in the coffee shop. After all, we just got off the train and are hungry. The room facilities should be checked frequently. Don’t wait until the customer is ready to wash and go to bed at night, and the bathtub is broken. In the end, the problem was solved, but the means to appease the guests must be prepared. Like other five-star hotels, when encountering room problems and causing inconvenience to guests, they will propose to change rooms or use methods such as giving small desserts. Clearly this hotel needs more work. If you want to write the welcome card by hand, please be careful 😂, it is obvious that the name is only painted out, and one card can be used multiple times. Such a welcome card can only have the opposite effect 😂, it is not as good as a printed one or not sent. It’s better to use fresher fruit for welcome fruit, so that customers can help you promote it, right?

The place to stay in Tianjin! We always stay here when returning to Tianjin. Location is the best and service is outstanding. Take Metro Line 1 - Exit XiaoBaiLou station and go out the A or D exit. A is shorter but D exit has less stairs (if you are pulling luggage). As you exit you will see the hotel directly in front of you. Rooms are of a classic design with solid walls ensuring a good sleep. Windows can be opened which is a nice feature. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. There are many shops, restaurants, parks and other attractions all within walking distance or short metro ride. We did not have the hotel breakfast this time but on prior visits it has been fantastic. Tianjin is well known for great breakfasts - do not miss the Jianbing guozi ! The hotel located just a few steps from the Anshandao Metro Station which is very convenient for me. The room is clean but the hotel have few facilities. As a traveler with limited Chinese, only a few staff can communicate in English but they have service minded. As my flight is early in the morning, I asked for the help to call taxi and packed breakfast. They have arranged them and found me a driver who understood basic English.

After some confusion in the beginning with my room, it was finally sorted and I had a great stay in the Deluxe room. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from 5 Avenues. Breakfast was okay. Wished they had more western variety.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!
