房間還行 主要是節假日 價格還算可以 離地鐵站也不算遠 還可以 離萬達不遠 走幾百米左右能到 酒店衞生還需要加強 廁所浴室很臟

首先，到店有些晚，晚上值班的前台態度很差，把“我沒説”“我沒要”掛在嘴邊。沒有不尊重服務人員的意思，但試問你既然拿錢，何必這樣辦事？沒給半星的原因是早上的前台態度很好。
其次，設施太過陳舊。房間門無法反鎖，得靠椅子頂着；木質門框腐朽掉漆；洗浴噴頭“三箭齊發”，難以調試；預約熱水需要等待很久，住宿體驗感差。
最後，真誠建議貴酒店進行改進，並希望廣大旅友對比篩選。

在攜程從來沒有訂到過這麼差的酒店，五一房間溢價嚴重，這家酒店溢價了快三百。而且這家還是攜程2019優秀合作商家，不知道評判的標準是什麼？是老舊的設施還是不匹配的馬桶圈，亦或者是不好的服務態度
設施：這的從來沒有見過馬桶圈尺寸這麼不合適的，找不到語言來形容，連一個馬桶圈都做不到嚴絲合縫嗎？開什麼酒店
衞生：房間很多的灰塵，還有一股散不出去的煙味，鏡子都生銹了
服務：沒見過11點就來催退房的，電話沒接到就來敲門問，請問酒店房間很緊俏嗎？

一.上個客人的頭髮還在，他噁心了，杯子倒着放，杯子下面都是頭髮 ，多噁心吧
二.沒有熱水，誰懂啊 沒有熱水，沒有熱水怎麼洗頭髮？怎麼洗澡？真的很無語
三，除了衞生間外 其他地方更臟，很噁心
四，被子上還有血漬，請問都不洗嘛？
五，凳子上 特別臟，真的 沒洗過一樣
六，鏡子也特別臟，……真的
七，酒店毛巾與酒店名稱都不符合，真的特別破
八，充電器都插不住，插口也有問題，空調也不好用
真的不知道怎麼來的好評、刷的嗎？僱人刷的嗎？我真無語了，這輩子都不想再住了，特別不符！！！

國慶去的，訂的這家酒店，客觀來説衞生環境這個價位的話還是可以的，但是唯一的問題就是前台有個年紀偏大的阿姨態度特別差勁，差勁到讓我看不到這家酒店的優點，再也不想入住了，就是諮詢前台阿姨關於酒店的問題，以網絡為例，劈頭蓋臉一頓輸出顧客花錢了網絡如何連結應該屬於酒店服務範疇的，好言好語的問被前台説句不好聽的，神經的語氣氣一肚子氣，再好也不會再訂了，建議加強服務培訓和（如何阿姨是老闆的話建議招個前台，阿姨的態度實在不適合服務行業），和家人一起去的，開開心心去玩，一切都很順利，被酒店前台莫名的態度氣一肚子氣，差評！

入注房間的門鎖不上，電視無法收看，酒店服務人員上門也沒有解決問題。第二天早上出房間，房門仍然鎖不上，希望把酒店服務設施搞好，為客人提供入住的基本條件。
