The hotel stay worst experience. No proper back up from staff. I asked for tv remote for several times no response. So i feel very bad from the hotel.

The location is good the service of the front office can be better. Laundry service though available as per the chart has no confirmation of the time of return. Confirm the same. Resturant is moderately priced service is good. Dinner buffet not available. Sorry no photo's

It is a good place and considering that it was opened only few months back, the arrangements are excellent. I want to extend my stay o one more day

The location of the hotel is near to the railway station so it’s easy to reach here without much traffic. Almost many tourist attractions are in close proximity. The breakfast was satisfactory. Overall the food tasted good. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and well maintained. We had a great time!

I didn’t stay at kkm as they bluntly told me that ‘rooms are full’ when i turned up at their counter. This is despite calling them twice and confirming the booking over phone. The person at the counter was really rude and dumb to say the least and was indifferent to even seeing my toddler crying for food. After speaking to the gm, we learn t that the hotel had goofed up.

The stay was fairly average. Breakfast included was not up the mark so we ended up eating outside. Pretty inflexible with late check out or change and cancellation.
