NO breakfast was offered except some crackers and instant coffee. Extremely disappointing as this was the reason I booked it, hoping to get a quick bite before heading to the airport. Fully automated hotel, so no staff was present. Clean and comfortable. Very secure and close to the airport.

Wi-Fi did not work. There was a signal but no internet. There was no desk or table to sit and work at. The soap dispenser on the sink did not work. The room was too hot, 23C, and the A/C did not work. The only way to cool it was to open the window and let bugs and noise in. I could not find the red button to open the gates to get my car out. I had to go outside and scan the card in the rain. There was not even any coffee. Stay at the nearby Courtyard Hotel. It has a great restaurant, too.

This is not a true bed and breakfast, as breakfast is not served and there is no on-site person. After 11 auto-emails issued to me on how to check-in, the lock-box did not have my card. They had changed my room, so I had to take a "scavenger hunt" to figure out how to get access into the property with my car and find my key, after calling the help number. The property is lovely, and price great, but they need to work out kinks. There was a towelette foam for shampoo, that was it. So, bring your own soap and toiletries. Also, finding the "red button across the parking area" to open the car park, was not well instructed, since the button is opposite the gate. If dark, it would have been extremely difficult to find. Online map sent before check-in would have been helpful.

Pratique avant de prendre l'avion à l'aéroport Marco Polo ou en arrivant comme nous tard le soir. Possibilité de venir à pied de l'aérogare jusqu'au B&B, 20 minutes de marche mais attention en partie circulation au bord de la route sans trottoir. Possibilité de prendre le bus n° 5 qui poursuit son parcours jusqu'à la Piazzale di Roma à Venise. Après 19h00 on accède à l'hôtel via un code reçu par mail de la direction de l'hôtel. Chambre correcte avec propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner rudimentaire mais suffisant. Gérante sympathique et au service jeune homme efficace et souriant qui s'exprime en français. Une réelle bonne solution à prix convenable.

Endroit situé à 20 mn à pied de l'aéroport, accotement pas toujours pratique pour marcher avec sa valise surtout la nuit. A part cela, l'hébergement est impeccable, la tenue de la maison est irréprochable, l'accueil est sympa et la vue le matin sur les champs aux alentours est surprenante.
