Tessera Hotels with Bars

It was already 11 o'clock in the evening at the airport. I took a bus to the hotel and it was very convenient. It will arrive in five minutes. The hotel room is large. One room and one living room. Can live 4 people, we are more than enough to live. The front desk also has a bus ticket to Venice Island, which is very convenient. This price is at the hotel and the price is very high.

Booked a room for one night near the airport. No special expectations were made as we needed just to stay, but the hotel was very pleasantly surprised. Everything is very new in the hotel itself and in the rooms. It feels that those who have been repairing and meet guests know and love their work. Everything in the room is perfectly thoughtful. From Venice it is easy to get by bus number 5. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel. To the airport on our night flight we reached by foot with a suitcase in 15 minutes. There are no supermarkets around, but there are a couple of cafes where you can buy water and dinner. I definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night in June 2024. This is a different type of B&B - in a good way. It is situated on a large piece of land. There are Koi Carp and, well away from the rooms, donkeys, peacocks, bee hives, and a large lawned area with deckchairs. It is 4 minutes' drive from Marco Polo airport. Very helpful young man at reception and friendly and efficient staff at breakfast which can be eaten inside or outdoors. Our room was a superior in the 'Hare's House' - it was very clean, had two French balconies and was well decorated with a modern bathroom. Apart from hearing people leaving for early morning flights, which is to be expected so close to the airport, the B&B is quiet and there is plenty of land to stroll around. It is set well away from the main road and parking is free. We enjoyed our short stay.

This little hotel went beyond my expectations for a budget property. I was greeted by a wonderful friendly man who was very keen to help. My single room (room 2) was basic, but clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for my one night stay. The ensuite was roomy and had a selection of towels and products. The breakfast offerings blew me away in that I wasn't expecting such a spread. They had so so much on offer to eat. The hotel is only about ten minutes easy walk to the airport, and there are bus stops very close for getting into Venice itself. There is also a restaurant directly next door which served decently priced meals. I would absolutely stay here again. For a basic, budget, motel-style hotel, there was nothing I didn't like! If I had to be really fussy, I'd only suggest that the rooms could have had some art on the walls.

We stayed at Diego BnB the night before our flight home. Everything was very clean and there was also a kitchen with some breakfast food. Arranging a shuttle was easy, we were in contact with the host on WhatsApp and they coordinated everything. They do have a credit card machine for payment but said that cash was preferred for the shuttles. The only thing that went wrong was our shuttle never showed up at 4 am to pick us up, so we ended up walking to the airport. There is a shortcut to the terminal that avoids busy roads so be sure to ask the host about it just in case. They refunded our 10€ for that ride promptly via PayPal. Overall, highly recommend!

It's very close to the airport and you need to open the door yourself at night. But the boss lady is very responsible.
