The hotel was terrible, the towels were torn and poorly washed, the room had no refrigerator, water or microwave, in the 2 days I was there no one cleaned the room, the room was dirty, I went to the restaurant twice to have breakfast and no one asked me what I was doing there, they didn't offer me anything until I called the young woman who works there to tell her that I wanted to have breakfast, the customer service was terrible, the internet was horrible, there is no telephone coverage anywhere, I really don't recommend it and the experience was unpleasant, I had to cancel my vacation and change to another hotel. El hotel pesimo, las toallas rotas y mal lavadas, la habitacion no tenia nevera, agua ni microwave, en los 2 dias que estuve alli nadie limpio la habitacion, la habitacion sucia, llegue 2 veces al restaurante a desayunar y nadie me pregunto que hacia alli, no me ofrecieron nada hasta que llame a la joven que trabaja alli para decirle que queria desayunar, el servicio al cliente pesimo, la internet horrible, no hay cobertura de telefono en ningun sitio, realmente no lo recomiendo y la experiencia fue desagradable, tuve que suspender mis vacaciones y cambiarme a otro hotel
