I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the woman at the reception (I forgot her name). They treated me not like a guest, but like a family member. So much help, sincere care. Thank you again! I rented the room for the night, but on my next trip I will definitely stay here. Location - ๐ฅ All attractions are within easy reach And what a terrace on the top floor of the hotel - view of Tbilisi + Georgian wine = great evening. Clean, spacious room (bath amenities, slippers โ ) Breakfast - boiled egg, sausages, bread, cheeses, tea, coffee, juices, vegetables, fruits - included in the price (room for 2000โฝ๐ฒ) I'm in a pleasant shock. Thank you again! See you again. You are in the heart ๐งก

Rarely I write reviews due to lots of other stuff to do but I would like to say a couple of words about this location. Due to work I have visited lots of hotels and I do really enjoyed my short visit at Riverside. What makes the difference is their staff, from reception girls to security guy or cleaning manager, All was perfect. Wifi was fast, no issues and hotel seemed historical .I had a second floor room 205, with high ceiling and small french balcony. Enough to smoke and look at part of the river. If you are coming from west Europe like me with tiny rooms and high price tag hotel accommodations, you will be amazed how large my Room was here and with great price rate. surprisingly quiet and no noises were coming in.

This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.

Let me start with my stay, it was for 4nights and it started very well with Liza (receptionist) she was very helpful and respectful for visitors. She even helped us take our 2 rooms earlier because she saw our kids were tired from the travel. However, on the 17th morning. The receptionist named Ilia was very rude in his way of talking and attitude. He did not show any respect and was using his hand while talking asking me to come to his side of counter. It did not end here, he referred to another guest issue they faced one night before as it was me and my family which is not the case. The breakfast is very limited with options which made me from next day of stay to have it outside until we left. This is an example of a good hotel but with bad stuff attitude which impacts their rating. The rooms are very good from space wise and no of beds for a family stay. you should also know that the laundry service is very expensive compared to other 5 star hotels.

I will definitely recommend this hotel. I didn't expect the servicr provided. Breakfast is great, several choices you will get not same as the other hotels who were known are linked with some prestigous hotels. The hotel were clean and nice.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasnโt large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didnโt eat breakfast at the hotel so canโt comment on whether itโs any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although itโs very central, it is on a side street so itโs not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!
Overlooking the Mtkvari River, our hotel is close to Tbilisiโs top attractions, historic sites, and entertainment. Weโre less than three kilometers from Narikala Fortress, Sulfur Baths, and Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Theaters, museums, and shops are within easy reach, as well as cityโs natural wonders, including the Leghvtakhevi Waterfall and National Botanic Garden.

Iโm writing this review while Iโm still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! Iโm super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!

GGuest User2024.03.21
I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didnโt have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels Iโve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, Iโd recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.

EExplorer08877398010This hotel is just up the street from the Parliament Building and National Museum. It is closer to old Town (& Gallery Mall) than Rooms and Stamba Hotels on Rustaveli. Being up the hill, it is very quiet. The staff was terrific-helpful & knowledgeable, everyone at the front desk. The gym is solid. I did not use the pool & sauna, but they are there. I had lunch in the restaurant my first day, a good pasta. The restaurant has a nice outdoors area that sprays mist during hot days. The breakfast was solid, not great. Pastries were ok, & fruit was limited. I never looked at the menu (more dishes, probably inc eggs) but just went with the buffet. The room is large. AC is good. Shower is big, but it took a long time to get hot water & then a challenge to settle with comfortably warm water. A very good choice. Iโd rate it similar to Rooms Hotel in price & service, though the lobby here is more functional than impressive. Oh, yes-WiFi here is solid.

GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .
GGuest UserI and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile ๐โฆ However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotelโs staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).
GGuest UserPlanning to stay for a few days in Tbilisi, we chose this hotel. Booked two rooms. Our flight arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning, but despite this, the manager and local cats were waiting for us at the hotel. We were offered rooms to choose from. Most of all I liked the rooms on the 3rd floor, they are more spacious and lighter. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and a small wooden staircase leads to the third floor. Don't expect much from the window, everything around is quite densely built up. The hotel is in a quiet side street but very close to many attractions and cafes. The guys have a cozy outdoor veranda, apparently in the summer there are breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, TV, kettle (if it is important for someone), but we did not need it. By the way, tea could be drunk at any time in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, slippers were a plus. There is hot water, no problem. It was very warm in the room and we opened the window, otherwise stuffy. For cleaning, you need to hang a sign asking you to clean up. Breakfast: delicious, home-style, the table was set for our arrival. There were pancakes, two salads, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, juice, tea, coffee, apples, sweets. Wifi is good.
MMalisaStayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.
HHikaru0418ยทprice
I think it's cheaper than other hotels near the station.
ยทplace
It is located behind Tbilisi station, a little up the hill. Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill.
The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the hotel is very good, and I enjoyed the night view while having a drink on my way back from sightseeing during the day. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body.
By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park.
ยทFacility
It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. There is a chair with a nice view outside the door.
ใปBar, terrace
There is also a bar with a nice atmosphere, which is recommended for those who want to chat with other travelers. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order.
There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing.
ยทsummary
I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good.
Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person.
However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people.
Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, relatively neat and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the 15th floor, but it's a pity that I didn't bring swimming trunks. The front desk staff was very nice and borrowed charging adapters for free. When I left, the front desk told me to let me stay at their hotel again.
GGuest UserThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.
