The hotel is great. The plane was late, and the driver waited for us for 3 hours. He came out to help us carry our luggage. I was touched. Because there were 8 people in the group and there was a lot of luggage, the hotel also arranged a business car to pick us up. It was awesome. It took about 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. It is said that Tashkent Airport is in the city center. On the last day, I went to Samarkand. I contacted the hotel in advance to help me book the high-speed rail ticket online. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. It was so convenient. There are several Chinese restaurants next to the hotel, all within a 5-minute walk, but we still like the big plate chicken made by the chef of the hotel. It is affordable and authentic. It is really delicious. The breakfast is the best in all the hotels in Uzbekistan that I have stayed in, because every day is a different stir-fry, and it is self-service. If you stay again, you will definitely get fat. Fried noodles, fried rice, millet porridge, shredded potatoes, dry pot cauliflower, stir-fried tripe shreds, you dare to imagine that this is breakfast, it's awesome, haha. In short, it is too worth it, the location is convenient, the room is very clean, and the breakfast is very comfortable. Chinese service can be used on WeChat for everything. Invite friends to talk about things, and the lobby is also very impressive. I have recommended it to my friends at the airport, haha. It is definitely worth the money.

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

It’s rare to stay in such a comfortable hotel, especially at a really good price! The hotel is close to the airport. It takes less than 10 minutes to get here. There are many trees around and the air is very good. There is no noise when sleeping at night. The room is large, new and super clean. I have booked a single room on the first floor and a twin room on the second floor. The light is very good. All good! I heard from the landlord that the hotel just opened this year. The floor is wood grain, and the furniture inside is made of wood. It is very comfortable. There is a wardrobe, a large full-length mirror, and the washbasin also has storage shelves; the air conditioner and exhaust window are very powerful. , the clothes were washed and hung in the bathroom overnight and almost dry; the breakfast buffet has many types, including white porridge, fried rice and local snacks, and the fruit is particularly sweet.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

I really liked the hotel! Furniture, plumbing - everything is new. Purely. The reception always helped with all questions! The only thing is that it is a little noisy at night, the windows overlook the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay at this hotel, I’ll be happy to come again)

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.
