這就是洮南號稱最好的酒店？太差了，酒店裡很臟，什麼東西都不提供，連個紙都沒有，所有的東西都要錢，連礦泉水都要收費3塊，地毯臟的要命，還有好多蟲子，半夜被蟲子蟋嗦的聲音吵醒，早上吃的包子裏有半截頭髮，總而言之，衞生很差

我在攜程預訂的這個房間，寫的是房間裏有私人浴室，結果入住後發現連標準間的衞生間都不及，沒有噴淋頭沒有水，並且已經銹跡斑斑，根本洗不了澡，問前台，他們説每天給我洗澡卡，可以去地下一層免費洗一次，要求我每天每人衹能去洗一次，我就在想，我房間裏如果能正常洗澡，我一天早晚洗兩個澡不過分吧，一天洗幾個澡是我的自由，需要你們前台來限制我嗎？你本身房間無法洗澡就給我造成了麻煩，需要我每次洗澡都要走出房間去到地下一層去洗，還在這裏跟我提要求，你們憑什麼？提的要求也太無禮！你這在攜程上寫個私人浴室，卻連基本的可以洗澡都做不到，真的是掛羊頭賣狗肉！不要再欺騙客人！我發現不能洗澡後，想聯繫前台看能不能換一下能洗澡的房間，前台告訴我已經給我辦理入住了，換不了，讓我聯繫攜程！我不辦理入住，我能進到房間裏發現無法洗澡嗎？酒店的責任非常大，後來讓服務員帶我看三樓的標準間，進去之後，裏面一種潮濕的味道，並且地毯巨臟，服務員説還沒來得及清洗，一看這個，也是無法入住的，突然就覺得酒店真的不是一般的差，我帶着孩子半夜入住，臨時再去找酒店也會很麻煩，當時也就忍了，入住後，房間每天都有這種黑色的蟲子，房間台盆是爛的，水龍頭是晃動的，馬桶正常排便沒有往裡扔紙巾什麼的堵了兩次，並且房間不通風，洗個襪子晾個毛巾，三天都幹不透，床上感覺都是潮濕的。真的不建議大家選擇這家酒店，本身房間存在缺陷的情況下，還提一些他們自己的要求，太過分！！！

酒店服務態度不好，入住後申請給加個枕頭服務枱告知沒有，這個價位並不便宜，服務還不好。住過很多賓館屋裡冷要求加個被或是枕頭都很會熱情的給解決，這次很失望！
