Jazz hotel offer a good space for room and big bathroom ☺️ the process to check in so smooth ! The staff will help with luggage and bags send to room ! Pros: - spacious and nice smell of room - bed is so comfortable - have complimentary drinks - pools and gym accessible - very close to lotus - I loved the interior design of hotel - loved the big bathtub ! Cons - we have to validate our parking at 1st floor while parking place at 7th floor. But it’s offer free park so it’s not too bad. - the bathroom clean however I can see a little bit dirt there but it acceptable

It was a great holiday for me to stay at this great hotel. Surely will stay at Jazz Hotel again after this. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast also has a variety of delicious food!!!

Overall great experience. Eventhough there is always stains on the bedsheets even after having it change. But staff were very friendly. *ps. if you are driving, just park at Lotus. Opposite of the hotel, it's free.

The location is very good and next to my friend’s home. There is a mall and supermarket nearby. The service is good as well.

Very clean.. enjoyed swimming pool.. offer many towels in rooms and swimming pool which is very helpful. Less options for food but good. We really enjoyed the room.

Great location, lotus just opposite the road. Sea view from the room, pool and gym.

The condition of air-conditioning was poor and not working properly. My parents complained that the air was just a little bit cool. Even after they've been given a choice to change to a second room. Still the air-conditioning problem happened. Overall, not a pleasant night experience in this hotel.

Very ideal location that easily connected to shopping mall and nice food in Penang. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is funky and well-maintained! The staff are very kind and friendly. You feel at home. The location is also great as it’s in between Batu Ferringhi and Georgetown. However certain things can improve. The breakfast lack variety. The water for the bathtub also didn’t get very hot and the toilet was blocked from the day we arrived already. I had to call twice for it to be unblocked and even then it was still not fixed Overall it was a great experience

Great hotel to stay with good service, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious. Didn't expect to get the bath tub as it is not written in the description. Not to mention the complimentary bath bomb. However the smell of the towels is a bit uncomfortable but its fine as you can bring your own towel 🤣🤭 Breakfast was acceptable, the dinning was very selesa and cantik. Overall will definitely repeat it again 🤝

The hotel staff is really friendly. Since we stayed for 2 nights, the housekeepers came to our door and ask if we need any amenities. This is really caring and friendly. Will definitely come back to stay, the price worth its value!
