Nice hotel located directly at the beach. I got a room on the 23rd floor and the view towards the sea was simply amazing! Best to view the early sunrise, absolutely stunning!
When I had a problem with the key card, the receptionist was eager to help, and they send someone to fix it right away.
Overall a good option for a weekend getaway. Just keep in mind that the main attractions of Penang like e.g. Georgetown is a little far (about 45 min by car).

Booked for two nights but ended up staying for zero. The room had a stale smell and we were greeted by a huge ant trail. The water from both the kitchen sink and the bathroom was yellow and there was clearly rust around the faucet areas. Got a room swap but the water and ant issues were still present. Went to another hotel for the next two nights instead.
Photos look decent but the actual condition of the hotel is poor. It really needs an upgrade.
Upset that management did not give us a refund even after we shared these issues. Seriously, rusty water is a health risk!

The room quite spacious n nice its just that the furniture quite obsolete. The bathroom kind of unclean because i found two strands hair inside the bathtub 😥. Even the towel had some dust on it. Breakfast just nice. The best part they have fire show at the beach bay which we enjoy the most. Overall its just nice to stay here.

A very oldish hotel. The bathroom light is not working. Call and did not come and repair. Nevertheless the view is very nice and the location is good.

Actually i have repeat so many time.. i like to stay here because this hotel price is very cheap and affordable.. and another thing is we can walk at the beach and the view is so nice..

Nice location on the beach. Hotel was as described, I visited at the start of low season with very few guests in the hotel, Pool closed at 18:30 everyday, only 4 local tv stations on tv, The wifi worked well but service only in our room, A popular beach bar is attached to the hotel with a great fire show (try the fish and chips), the breakfast buffet was a good value if booked with the room, We found that going early (08:00) was the best time to hit the buffet,
