Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Very nice and clean establishment. Well maintained. Staffs are very nice. Covid protocol could be better such as reminding guests to wear masks in public area. Parking is a problem as there are not enough parking spaces.

My Mum and Dad stayed for a week in Fika rooms Apartement. They are so thankful for what the staff did to them. Clean room with beautiful view, easy access, and most of all the friendly staff. They are advantageous.. My dad is disable person, he got all the assistance. I cannot thankful enough for the staff services toward my parents. It has been a pleasure experience to stay in Alium Tangerang hotel. We stayed for two days. The staff were very helpful even when before we arrived. The front office staff (Natalia, Catrice, and Andin) help us to get the room easier and earlier than the usual scheduled check-in time. I recommend this place to stay in Tangerang.
