Pre-flight stay, quick and easy to book on and out. I would advise anyone who has a Hilton honours card to make sure they register a debit/credit card to their room as when we dined and spent just short of £100.00 we didn't receive points as we paid in the restaurant .
On a positive note the concierge Jack went above and beyond with his help and service especially as my partner is disabled, He was highly professional and arranged for passenger assistance the following morning, he said he would be at the room at 08.50 and was exactly on time and helped with all our needs.
