The hotel location can also be next to a small river and then downtown. Although it is the city center but there is nothing to eat and no shopping malls, but the hotel is nice. It is convenient to visit the aquarium and busch garden if you want to shop or recommend Hotels near the airport have parking and takeaway can be delivered upstairs

The hotel was nice however I did have some problem with noise which was not really addressed I did it myself. There was a dog barking in the room above me which went on for 2.5 hours. The night desk person did the bare minimum to see what the matter was. Whether someone was hurt or just being selfish by awakening two floors of people. She wouldn't have known because all she did was make a phone call. Now as for the room, it was very nice and clean however housekeeping didn't do anything much. My bed was made, and my recyclables removed and towels. Although my bathroom was or the other room were not dirty, I know there wasn't any cleaning because I saw the same spots (bathroom) that were there before I left the room. I was there for 7 days. I know there is less cleaning due to Covid but once in 7 days? Now I arrived on a Saturday. Wednesday, my housekeeping person apparently made entry and made my bed. She knocks on the door on Thursday She saw I was in the room. I said I'm leaving soon. I left ten minutes later, and she saw me because she was next to my room lol. I came back hours later and nothing was done. So, what was the purpose of knocking in the first place. Now I know this review sound very negative. The place is really nice and roomy they just need to tighten up on staff a bit

All aspects are good and worth recommending. Free parking for you, the traffic is very convenient, slowly open from Tampa Airport, about half an hour. The bed is large and can sleep four people. Breakfast must be praised, a variety of fruits are very much, obviously better than other similar hotels.

I have been here to attend a 3-day conference at the conference center next door. Great hotel! VEry clean and modern. I was fortunate to get a room on teh 27th floor wit a view over the water - maginificent. The rooms are clean, large enough, and functional. There are a few decent restaurants in teh hotel and many more at your doorstep. The hotel shop is almost an entire supermarket. If you forgot something at home they have it there! Even all sorts of food. Only (tiny) negative aspect are the elevators. Although there are enough of them on rush hour you may have to wait more than 5 minutes for one to come.

I booked last minute with points. Was given an excellent waterfront room. I had a couple of hours to kill so I checked out the bike loan. They had NEW well maintained bikes in a variety of sizes. I was fitted and provided a helmet and lock. I am a Hyatt globalist. Breakfast was nice and I got a $30 voucher to make up for the lounge being closed. It paid for lunch at Oyster Catchers. My only regret is they do not have an airport shuttle.

I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

Our flight was cancelled and could not be scheduled until the next day. The United folks put us up in this hotel saying it was a good place to stay. When we arrived after 8 pm and a very long frustrating day we were greeted by a delightful young lady I believe here name was Mikesha. She did not see our reservation at first, which really made our hearts sink, but she continued to look and she found us a room. She was truly a wonderful person. She even greeted us the next morning at breakfast. I told her I would post after we returned from our trip. We were the couple that had our flight canceled so we missed our next flight to Africa. But it all worked out. The hotel is lovely but the manager and Mikesha were terrific. Most enjoyable stay. Thank you.

The hotel is relatively new. The breakfast is okay. It's not too much, but it's okay. There are more fruits. Tampa is not very warm in winter. The room needs heating, so it's okay to turn on the heater.

GGuest UserThe room was impeccable 👌 love the location it was in easy to get to food ,stores etc the bed was so comfortable I wish I could stayed there for a 1week but I had to work .I'm upset I didn't wake up in time for breakfast 😒 hopefully next time I book I can make the breakfast 🙂 will be booking again 🙂

GGuest UserI chose this Marriott because of the indoor/outdoor pool area! Perfect because it was pouring rain when I arrived and I really wanted to go swimming. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was convenient and the driver was funny and talkative. I got the business concierge balcony room. Big tv and nice balcony. Used the concierge lounge for breakfast. It was convenient and the food was decent. The on-site restaurant was a little expensive and the food was just OK but the cocktails were great!My stay was perfect for a pre-cruise night.

CClarissaWe stopped and stayed here after a trip we were on was extended a day and we had an early flight to catch. Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was minutes to the airport, which was great with a 6 am flight with 3 kids and 7 people total. Our only complaint was the laundromat services were only available until 9. We spent the day at the beach and just planned to wash and pack our beach things once we had come back from dinner. Once we got back from dinner the hotel laundromat was about to close. There was a coin mat about mins up the road , so it wasnt the hugest inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the on site laundromat available 24 hours or even until midnight. We travel for sports a lot and this is the first time we have encountered this.

GGuest UserMe & my sisters had awesome stay at Quality inn at 1020 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa,FL 33629 location.From check in to check out & our quick turnaround after missing our flight. They even sent the shuttle to pick us up from the airport so we didn’t have to re-rent a car. Not upset at us when finding out we were at an airport they didn’t service. At my sisters request gave us our same room back greeted us with smiles & snack bags upon our re-arrival. Thank you Susan & your wonderful staff customer service at its finest 😊

Then, we had some people racing their motorcycles nearby and calls to the front desk to report/request police help were met with disbelief since I couldn't tell them exactly where the motorcyles were - I did tell her to step outside and she'd hear it.... The hotel itself is charming, clean & nicely decorated, other staff were terrific so maybe this was just an ”off” night....

FFValentine67It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel the first time the experience was negative, since the room was full of cockroaches, in the refrigerator there were like 5 dead cockroaches as well as the microwave, it was obvious that there were never cleaning areas, the Dirty sheets from the previous guests, since they had not changed it, at that time I submitted the complaint to reception and the excuse they gave me was that the cleaning staff was new and the receptionist moved me to a cleaner room. I wrote a letter to the hotel with the photos, they apologized for what happened and told me to give them the opportunity to stay at the hotel again to change the negative image I had about it. Now the location is excellent, the discount on the ”Choice Hotel” membership is cheap that is the only thing I can say is good, because the reception service was not pleasant on this occasion, the receptionist was very rude and had an attitude. They demand a mask and I clarify that I had my mask, but they don't use it. Again I had a very bad experience with my assigned room. The cockroaches continue in the rooms, a dirty glass in the laundry area, I don't know if it was beer or urine, because I wasn't going to touch it, the hand wash was dirty and with hair on the counter and the floor, in addition to That, the handwash was covered, if I used it the water was soaked. I worked for many years in hotel chains such as Marriots and Holiday Inn, I never saw anything like it. He could not spend more time in this depressing place, very disappointed. And with this condition of the Covid-19 worse. I hope that you as the manager will take action on the matter or I will see this hotel closed very soon, when it is impeded by the health department.

GGuest UserRoom was full of health and safety concerns. Reserved a non-smoking room and the room reeked of smoke and other odors. Bathroom had tile falling off the walls. Black water stains running down the bathtub. Bathtub was rusted out. Feces still in the toilet. Ceiling flaking off across the entire room. Mattress was caved in where it appeared that someone sat for a very long time watching TV. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Chair was damaged as if a cat lived in the room. Did not stay, but was concerned for our safety to go back to the front desk to ask for a refund.

Tampa Convention Center
Ppalettes_nyThe Tampa Convention Center is also a major convention center in downtown Tampa. It is located next to the Hillsborough Estuary. You will pass by the large convention center when you walk slowly from Tampa Riverwalk. You can see the riverside landscape and the skyline of the entire city. The Tampa Convention Center was built on the historic site of Fort Brook, the original American outpost built in Tampa Bay in 1824, which was retired by the US Army in 1883 and then built the current convention center hall, so the building itself has a certain sense of history. The Convention and Exhibition Centre opened to the public in October 1990.

FFreebird_GraceThis turned out to be better than expected. I mean we read some disappointing reviews. But it wasn't bad at all. It's got Three floors. The first one had the restaurants and gift shops. The second is where they had all the animals and third they had the birds. It made for a nice trip. A bit of a walk from the parking lot.
