10:00到酒店辦理入住説目前沒有空房打掃完 所以在大廳等待 等待前很清楚的聽到前台讓阿姨先打掃我要入住的房間 等了一個多小時都沒有等到打掃好的房間 去前台再問的時候前台才主動問阿姨打掃完沒有 然後才知道阿姨早就打掃好了沒有更改房態 整個過程中並無多少客人辦理入住 前台也沒有主動詢問阿姨 且過程中有其他客人辦理入住 一位男性前台讓他們在大廳稍等時還會給他們拿礦泉水 本人就是在大廳幹坐一個多小時 房間基本設施還可以 該有的都有 就是空調開低點時浴室玻璃會一直抖 退房後飛到下一個城市才發現自帶的洗漱用品落在酒店浴室 13個小時過去了也沒有任何一通電話詢問是要幫忙郵寄還是可以直接丟棄 其他酒店就連落個搓澡巾都會送到前台詢問如何處理 另訂酒店時平台顯示該酒店有洗衣設備和烘乾設備 確實有 一台洗衣機搞定 第一次見烘乾兩小時衣服還不幹烘乾機
