環境不錯！房間也挺乾淨，大窗户亮堂，窗外風景也漂亮！晚上睡覺也安靜！位置好找，空調也特別涼快！附近什麼都有，吃喝玩樂都方便！第二天去南站打車幾分鐘就到了！比較滿意，還會再住的，還有感謝老闆幫助，老闆挺熱情[強][強][強]

很好不錯！一家4口正好一間房！以前都要開2間房的，而且價格很實惠，房間也很乾凈一次性用品也很齊全！雖然是共用衞浴，但是好像別的房間都有衞浴的！位置也很好，就在恆大御府北門，距離南站很近！吃飯逛街也特別方便……必須好評！還有老闆人特好，行李比較多，老闆主動幫忙送到房間的[強][強][強]

地方很好找，就在小區邊上，交通很便利，樓下就有便利
店買東西也很方便，酒店樓下吃飯的，購物的都有。老闆
很熱情，有問題隨時給你解答，酒店衞生很不錯，空調嘎

交通特別方便，附近還有好多好吃的，緊鄰好多商圈！價格在市區中是性價比極高的，住宿的環境衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點。最主要的是價格，真的很實惠！

第一次入住非常滿意，酒店性價比高，地理位置好，離火車南站近，酒店附近有北美N1廣場購物、美食、電影、娛樂都很方便，主要還是酒店性價比高，價格在附近應該是最低的了！前台接待態度非常不錯，下次入住還會選擇錦潤酒店。

衞生：下午三點多去了 沒有打掃 等了房嫂將近二十分鐘
環境：還可以
設施：洗浴那的拉扇是壞的 明天辦法擋住全部 沒辦法洗澡
服務：服務一般 就是正常服務

環境這些都沒啥問題，主要就是不隔音，隔壁房間放了一晚的音樂，聲音賊大，敲門想要溝通未果，打前台電話手機關機。勸考試的考生訂酒店要三思，一晚上睡不了導致第二天考試狀態很差，真的很受影響。
