Had a super good deal (price for the room) on trip.com. Would recommend this hotel for sure to everyone who visit Taitung. Great location (city center). Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open. There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer). The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

I stayed at this hotel in May 9-10, 2023. It was less than ten minutes' walk from the bus stop where I got off, located at the center of a busy area. Since I booked on line, I didn't have the option of including breakfast, so the stuff told me and offered to get me free coupon for breakfast and also upgraded my room. I arrived while the elevator was being maintained (for abut two hours) and before check in time, but the stuff were super helpful and got a room for me, and carried my luggage upstairs for me. The location is perfect, I could walk to the biggest street market and find lots of restaurants nearby. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, it was pretty quiet inside. My biggest surprise was the breakfast. It was located on the top floor with lots of western and Chinese food selections. The best part of this hotel is the friendliness of the stuff, it made me feel at home. As a solo traveler, being able to chat with friendly stuff is very comforting. They answered all my questions, gave me suggestions, the best stuff in my one month long travel in Taiwan. I will definitely stay there when I visit Taitung again.

The location is very convenient in the city. Tiehua Village is only a 5-minute walk away. There are also bicycles you can borrow. There is a gym downstairs, but we didn't go there. You can also do laundry, which is really convenient.

Although the rooms are small, but they are cozy, nice and clean!!! Located at the heart of Taitung city, and walking distance to street food, fresh market and supermarkets. There’s also night market in the area over the weekend.

I have always liked the style and facilities of the Sheraton Hotel. I originally wanted to go to Yilan to soak in the hot springs and then stay at the Taipei Sheraton. Then I checked the price for the day. It was 6,800 without breakfast. I couldn’t decide. Later, I changed to Taitung where I could also soak in the hot springs. After looking at the Sheraton Guitian, the price difference was really big, and it included breakfast, which was really great, and the facilities were all the same. Then I realized why it had the same name as Guitian, Tainan. It turned out to be a hotel jointly launched by the Sheraton Hotel of the Marriott Group and Guitian, Tainan. It's really great. Hotels can also make reservations for station transfers, so you don’t have to travel all the way. The sauna is really great and very comfortable. The room faces the sea and has floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the sea view during the day and the night view at night. There is also a small night market in front of the hotel, but the prices are just tourist prices, and the souvenirs you want to buy can be reached within a few steps. After checking out, you can borrow a bicycle from the hotel and go out to explore the area. You can also drink and mix drinks and chat in the hotel bar in the evening. The atmosphere is really good. There are many choices for breakfast, including Tainan specialty snacks. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

I am two people staying, it is a very beautiful and design homestay, but the service attitude is really bad. As soon as I entered the door, I had to fill in the basic data form. When I was filling in, my friends in the ground kindly drove us to the hotel. I wanted to say that I would enter the door to visit together, but I was asked by the service staff in the lobby who was the third person. I said that I was a friend and would not stay. Immediately, I was beaten: Of course, you booked a double room. Of course you can't live. Then we asked our friends to hang on the sofa in the lobby, and the service staff did a publicity for 10 minutes before letting us stay in the room. To be honest, I lived for only one day, and it was not a 10-year-old child. I didn't need to talk about the rules. There were clear signs in the homestay. I knew Chinese and always followed the rules. And the bathroom floor was super slippery, I stepped on a small floor after the shower and immediately slid forward in a split-leg way. After 10 minutes of publicity, there was no mention of two non-slip mats + two floor towels provided by the bathroom before I fell to death. At the beginning, I thought the price was at the hotel/hotel level. I didn't see it clearly. I booked a homestay and will book a hotel in the future. I don't consider a homestay.

It is quite close to Taitung Station. The room is spacious and has a good view (10th floor). The bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry, and a bathtub is also provided. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock, which is very good. Only the sound insulation effect is slightly poor.

I saw that many people gave low scores because they thought the location was remote. I chose the outskirts of the city because I wanted to stay away from the noise at night. The scenery outside the window during the day is very good, and the surroundings are quiet at night. It is only a 10-minute drive from Taitung City. Spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the equipment is very new and the hotel staff are very kind. The double room was booked for less than 2,000 yuan on the booking website on weekend nights, and it has 2 double beds. I personally feel that the CP value is very high.

The hotel service is good. When you check in, they will help carry your luggage to the room. The room is large and clean. There are welcome gifts every day. Very few hotels give them every day. There are washing machines, dryers and dehydrators, which is very convenient. Breakfast There are many choices and it’s delicious
