Booked it for the location. Really great as right in from of MRT stop. Also very accessible to all the main the attractions. However my room was a tad stinky in terms of drainage, and also it could get noisy but not for too long (from nearby revellers)

The hotel is located in the best area, nearby public transportation. Traveller friendly. The room is clean and spacious. Nice staffs. Close to convenience stores, cafe and restaurants.

The place is very accessible. Perfect location for travelers.

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system. If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep. It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars. Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound. Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people … Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…

Cheap and high cp value! Even after staying for five consecutive days, towels were changed and bed sheets were laid out! The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is sufficient, but the sound insulation is a little lacking! But it does not affect the overall evaluation

The price is affordable, the location is easy to find, the living functions are very good, shopping and eating are very convenient, shopping and clothes are just next to Wufenpu, economical and affordable, the service staff are good, and the attitude is good. Location!! Location! I really enjoy and love this location to stay at Citi Suites. However, the important thing is service and employees that are awesome. Judy, Iris and other two men are perfect helping and very friendly. Wishing I could stay longer than that. I strongly recommend to people to stay here and visit Raohe Night Market. Also, this property is very close MRT station. Definitely come back and book this hotel again.

Since its inception in 1985, the hotel has not been very active in upgrading the hotel's hardware. In particular, ㅗ hotel facilities in toilets and rooms are concerned about safety issues. The corners are angled and the material is very hard. For this reason, we moved the room three times during the five days of stay. Of course, the hotel quickly changed the room, but there is a problem with the way it handled it. The problem must be observed with the hotel official, and the room was not exchanged until the problem was resolved. One day, the air conditioner did not work due to a problem with the electrical wiring, so the temperature in the room rose, and a problem I discovered around 5 a.m. was only after the technician came to check the problem, replaced the parts, and was prescribed a possibility of reoccurrence. The newly assigned room had a problem with the toilet, which was also asked to check until the next person resolved the problem. The housekeeper should not throw the toilet paper away in the toilet, but in the trash can placed in the bathroom. It is a request that does not fit the hotel rating and I cannot find the phrase to do so anywhere. I am satisfied with the size of the hotel room, the restaurant, and various facilities, but the too old hotel facilities and various problems that appear due to not being properly upgraded for a long time are factors that pull the evaluation of this hotel down.

My wife enjoys the swimming pool and gym . The location is close to MRT and bus stations, very convenient. most of all, there are many delicious and not expense restaurant in the walking distance of the hotel.

The location is good the room is clean the staff is very kind cheap place to stay near station access landmark in a minutes this hotel is not for sensitive/ richkid people if your looking for budget friendly hotel choose this thanks you city hotel.
