Came here for a staycation with the kids during the weekday. The staff was nice, and helpful! The hotel feels very 'grand' with generously sized rooms. My kids loved running around in the room and hanging out in the balcony overlooking the pool. My only complaint was that the kids play area was closed.

Room: The theme of the room I stayed in was Fantasyland. The room decoration was very fashionable and had a romantic atmosphere. The equipment was complete and the maintenance was pretty good. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and the room was cleaned very clean. The room was also very quiet. Although you can occasionally hear the sound of wall collisions, the impact is not big. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep on. When you see the carousel, you can't help but pretend to be an Internet celebrity and take pictures. Overall, I am very satisfied and will look forward to staying again. Parking: There is a garage and parking is very convenient. There is an MRT station nearby. We are a married couple from Manila and S-aura is definitely the perfect place to stay for a vacay in Taiwan. The room's quite cozy, spacious, clean, and comes with everything we needed. The window view gives an extra tranquil vibe. The staff is very polite, responsive, and helpful to our special requests. The breakfast buffet is something we looked forward to every morning. We hope the hotel will serve the braised pork and unagi not only on weekends but also on weekdays. Location is not so busy and close to bus and metro stops, a mall, convenience stores, and go-to restaurants and shops for the locals. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Taipei.

For less than 3,000 on a Friday night, it’s really a great deal to stay in this hotel! The CP value is super high! The room is large, has a light woody fragrance, and is very comfortable overall. The a**osphere of the restaurant for brunch is also great!

I love the hotel. I purposely booked the hotel as it’s near Shilin night market as I had a 19-hour layover and I wanted to go there. It’s 5 min walking distance, amenities are good, comfortable bed, big jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast was included. Professional stuffs. I’d love to come back again!

The room service forgot to prepare towels but the owner was quick to help us to get fresh towels over the intercom. Very near to Shilin Night Market while living in a quiet residential street which is pleasant

The location hits the spot for your night market experience! Got all the works as with a large scale hotel establishment. Stick with the actual address of the place when searching for it as you won't see a physical signage of west.inn 48. The only downside is we already called to inform of our arrival, only to find out that there's no luggage storage available when we arrived at the place in the morning -- there were several other guests that had the same issue so make sure to make other plans & don't arrive earlier than the check in time. It's a self check-in & check-out process. Will surely recommend this place with the reminder to NOT arrive earlier than check-in time.

There is always moisture on the floor of the room, the service is very good, the delivery is fast, and the meals are not bad. There are changes. This stay is an anti-epidemic hotel. Although the room has windows, it faces the building next door and the distance between the buildings is very close.
