I really feel from the bottom of my heart that the attitude of the service staff is very good. Different from the catering industry, I am really surprised that the hotel can have such good service (responding to spoken words and helping to press the elevator when passing by). The bed is also very big and comfortable. Recommended to relax!

There were few people at the counter. It took a while to make a reservation and check in! The breakfast is delicious ~ but the coffee is very sour... It is recommended that the coffee machine uses mixed beans/layered coffee beans to brew it manually. The food cooked by the machine is so sour and terrible.

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful. They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full. Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

Rooms are clean & spacious. NT50 for toiletries as it's not being provided. Hotel staffs are also very polite n courteous. Hotel is walkable to many places of interest! 1. Aloft in Tainan, Taiwan, has exceeded my expectations with its welcoming ambiance, excellent vibes, and standout service. The hotel's proficient English-speaking and super-friendly staff, especially Dudu at the reception and Paul at the bar, adds to the seamless and enjoyable stay. Their exceptional service truly sets the tone for a remarkable experience. I must also mention the impeccable clean rooms and excellent amenities that further enhance the overall stay. Special appreciation goes to the Duty Manager, Sue Su, whose friendly and helpful nature has been a standout feature, enhancing the overall warmth and hospitality of Aloft. Kudos to Sue Su for turning my stay into a delightful experience filled with smiles and positive vibes!

The hotel is super near the train station, making it of high accessibility. Meanwhile, the staff are very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and will be cleaned every day. Wonderful experience here. The shower facility is also good. The breakfast at the hotel is very fruitful too. It provides various food including Chinese, *********, Japanese, Thai and western food. In general, it’s an extraordinary experience and would be put on my list for another stay again.

There are many kinds of breakfast. You have to wait a long time for the elevator! Mechanical parking is the biggest inconvenience. The room decoration is free, but the facilities cannot be used after check-out. The swimming pool is a bit bright, it is much bigger in the photos, and I was a little disappointed when I arrived. Playroom perfect for preschoolers! Hair dryer and toiletries are very good.

There is only Shanhua Night Market near the hotel, so transportation is not very convenient. The landscaping nearby is just garden landscaping. Thank you to the hotel for providing birthday gifts and decorations, including breakfast and midnight snacks, which are very delicious. The environment of the swimming pool is very average. There are too many leaves and feathers and need to be cleaned more frequently. There is a water machine on the floor but no hot water, which is a bit deducted. If you have children, you can add money to participate in activities such as playing with the kiln, picking non-toxic fruits and vegetables in the vegetable garden, playing with paintball, and fishing. There is only a more expensive Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant downstairs, but the taste is still good. When staying here, if you are hungry, there are still cookies, candies, and drinks downstairs. It is highly recommended that if you get off from Shanhua Railway Station, you should reserve a shuttle bus (free) with the hotel one day in advance, otherwise you will have to drag your luggage through a long staircase.
