The B&B counter service hours are from 9 to 5 o'clock. There is no one at other times and no contact information was left. All the staff have good service attitude. The hotel environment and rooms are very clean. The weather is cold and there is heating. The rooms have smart toilets that are very comfortable to use.

The most outrageous thing is that the toilet in the bathroom is not installed properly at all. It will shake when used without being fixed with muddy water or glass glue, which is quite disturbing. It is recommended that the hotel comprehensively review the room equipment and provide training for front desk staff. The current situation is indeed not up to standard for receiving international tourists.

Room was clean and good for solo traveller. The common areas were also pretty nice to relax. Also just walking distance to Taichung railway station (and bus stops which will take you all over Taichung) so it is good. Have to tap in using the card given to you to access your own floor, so feel safe as well. I love the rooftop area where I can just drink and wind down after a hard day travelling. Only complaint is the air con in the room doesn't seem to be working so well, so it might feel quite warm (I travelled in the summer). Also the blinds are not good enough to block out all the light coming from outside, so be mindful of that. Otherwise, a pretty good stay for a short trip in Taichung, and even with quite a few homeless people outside around the area, still felt pretty safe even at night

Location is about 15min taxi ride from HSR station. The environment is quiet n nice. A lot of nice food places near hotel. Room is very very clean n spacious! There’s an extremely good massage place near hotel like 10 mins walk. We took cab everywhere.

Otherwise there's only 1 socket next to the table and another one in the bathroom next to the toilet 6. Breakfast selection was very limited and in a basement that is relatively dark. There's no hot water dispenser there so if you want to drink tea, you either have to prepare hot water in your room or from the dispenser on the first floor.
