From the sublime to the ridiculous 1. Lifts - for an attendant to see people waiting and usher in an arriving guest and close the door before others enter - poor 2. The hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand. The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities. The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help. If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help. Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

When I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.

There is no clear room address, and the front desk does not know how to receive and contact. This seriously wastes customer time and affects mood. There is no need to talk much about Shangri-La. It's an old high-class hotel. The service and everything are very good. The room is comfortable and warm, but the swimming pool is not as good as that of ASCOTT. It is still recommended. Remember to joint their membership to collect points.

There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Stay! My stay at the brand new One Uptown Residence was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right across from the newest shopping center in Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Mall. It's incredibly convenient with cinemas, a large supermarket, a food court, and plenty of restaurants and shops all nearby. Uptown Parade and famous clubs like Valkyrie and Pool Palace are just a short walk away, making nightlife easily accessible. If you're attending an event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it's also just across the street, so you can walk there effortlessly. The building’s 6th floor features a fitness and leisure center, offering a gym, yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, billiards room, lounge, children's play area, and a scenic garden—perfect for all kinds of activities. The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable bedding. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this is the ideal place to stay in Manila. The address is not clear. You have to call to ask which room you want. The landlord has never shown his face. There is no breakfast. The room is not cleaned. There are no toothbrushes or combs. It is a purely self-service hotel and not suitable for long-term stays. There are cockroaches in the house. The air conditioner is very loud. The Internet is very slow. Poor, the price is high and the price/performance ratio is low.
