The hotel is clean however, the bed's a little bit small for two. Also, the aircon is not working. We figured, that's why they had the electric fan inside the room. Room's on 5th floor and no elevator. Please also prepare a 1000 security deposit if you don't wanna be shocked.

I originally thought it was a B&B, but I didn’t expect the layout to be too small. It turns out that the entire building is owned by the same company, EG PRIVATE HOUSE, which operates serviced hotel apartments. When I checked in, there were lobby staff who helped me carry my luggage and gave me a room card. The dedicated manager personally received me, and the room was stocked with all the necessary daily necessities, and there were discounts for long-term rentals. What surprised me most was that there was a nanny who came to deliver breakfast in the morning 😂😂😂. I only booked the smallest room but the service exceeded my expectations. There is also a 24-hour room service phone and spa service in the room. What makes me most unsatisfied is that there is a shuttle service to take me to the airport, and finally I share the easter eggs. It turns out that you can get discounts at some restaurants and bars downstairs by showing your room card😅😅This serviced apartment is simply great value for money. . In short, whenever there is a need, just ask. We have everything 😂😂 Even haircuts can be arranged at your doorstep. In short, if there are ten stars, I will definitely not give it only five stars. Highly recommended.

My only concern is they didn't provide a towel which I don't really mind but the smell of the atmosphere is like concentrated shawarma spices because there are a lot of middle eastern flocks in the area. Not to judge but I really don't like being with them as they don't maintain their hygiene. One thing is I have 2 other Filipino co-tensts and there is one other guy I think from India who is very noisy. It's the middle of the night and he won't stop video chatting where most of us are sleeping already. I went to work restless and lack of sleep and I blame him for that. Beside his bed are bottles of Gin and trash. How irresponsible. Not to generalize and to be a ****** but I recommend for the management to separate them in a different room as we don't share the same culture. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. Price wise and with the amenities? I have nothing to ask for. I'll recommend this to my friends and Co workers. Thank you guys for accommodating me :)

Very satisfied with the stay! I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping places around, and it is also convenient to travel. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me fully rested. Self check-in with the code was very convenient, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool were also well maintained, which was a good place for me to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and hope to stay here again next time. Thanks to the hotel team for making me spend a great holiday!

The address is not clear. You have to call to ask which room you want. The landlord has never shown his face. There is no breakfast. The room is not cleaned. There are no toothbrushes or combs. It is a purely self-service hotel and not suitable for long-term stays. There are cockroaches in the house. The air conditioner is very loud. The Internet is very slow. Poor, the price is high and the price/performance ratio is low.

One of the best hotels in Metro Manila with top notch amenities from gym to sauna. Rooms are of a good size and clean with everything working in good order. I would skip any seasonable buffet as not worth it based on staying there last Christmas. The checkin process on busy days could also use some streamlining to make it faster and hassle free.
