Not a hotel but Room is spacious and just nearby the mall

Wifi was great, good access to mall, had to wait about 20-30 minutes for someone to check us in.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Location is ok but the service is awful.

This room is very big! Very nice! And the view is very good! You can see the whole night view of Venice Mall! The view is like the Venetian Macau! It is very convenient to go to BGC! High security! There is a swimming pool and gym downstairs

Clean and friendly. The location is also great. The view outside the window is also very nice. I want to visit again next time. I had a good rest.

The hotel room feels like home. There is an open kitchen. The environment is very beautiful. But the fly in the ointment is the service and supporting facilities. First of all, the hotel has many seats... It is very troublesome to take a taxi. I have to take one of them to the lobby. I have been waiting for a long time. Next is toothbrush and toothpaste. Drinking water. It will only be provided once. I booked for 2 days. When I wanted to ask for supplies, they said no. They can only be provided once.. I think it is very strange. .The hotel supplies will not be provided again..It makes me very disappointed...

It’s a nice place to eat and chill with yourself or with somebody else and a big huge bed that comes with the room

Every is in a walking distance but he pillow in the bed is to high maybe a little softer and smaller

We rented this condo because there were 6 of us and the hotel advertised: minimum of 4 maximum of 6. But when checking in, they told us that only 4 could stay, so we had to get another room and be charged extra. We had the contract stating "max of 6," but apparently this hotel does not honor the contract and tried to get money from unsuspecting visitors like us. They were not honest; they scammed us.

The place itself is amazing clean and with a wonderful view and is really just walking to the Venize mall.

The property itself is very nice and spacious. It’s very close to the Grand canal mall; there are many restaurant choices. The king bed is comfortable. The twin bed however is very hard and uncomfortable. The internet is very slow. We could not watch tv or you tube because of poor connection. It was very hard to locate the tower that were supposed to occupy because the towers did not have any signs. We had to go to different lobbies. The overall impression was very good. When we found the place the staff were friendly and nice. I recommend the place.
